Placed an online order after work for two bowls. Got hone a couple hours ago and my daughter begins to eat her bowl and found a... fine strand of hair in her mouth while chewing. ???? I immediately called the store to report it and was given to a manager whosaid he would pull my order up after a brief hold. He came back to the call and said he could not give me any credits and I saidI'm not eating either of the bowls because we are disgusted. And he offers me a partial refund so I asked why would I need to beinconvenienced fully because we now have no dinner. He said well there's only 2 guys here and neither of them have long hair Isaid I'm not saying it's a piece that would be down to a lady's bottom but come on, we're African American with locs and braids. So he made another comment and talked over me! ????I said I'm not spending another hour coming back there can you email me twofree bowl certificates or something he went back to they don't do credits and a gift card has to be purchased so I said sir comeon now he like I don't need the food back and I'm not saying you're lying. What does that have to do with anything???? Hefinally agrees to issue me a refund. I'm sad because I prefer their food over #Chipotle and will never get to eat this againbecause of the service we received. Read more

Stopped in at the recommendation of a friend. I had mentioned how much I liked Bibibop and they said this place was far... superior. Honestly I don't get the hype. Service was fine, biggest complaint is the food. The options seem disjointed, anddon't fit well together. The vegetables were fairly bland, I was expecting Kimchi and got seasoned cabbage instead. The meat wasstingy in proportions, and you could tell both the meat and the noodles were pan fried with a decent amount of oil. Hunan saucewasn't anything to really write home about. Don't let this review deter you, this may be someone's jam. It just really wasn'tmine. Read more

This is one of my favorite places to go for lunch. I love having all the choices and making my bowl a little different every... time. Also love yakis and have to get at least the 6pack. Read more

Literally the best food in Cleveland. $8 for some high quality Asian BBQ bowls. Better than Chipotle, but for less money,... shorter lines, and better quality. I have never had under cooked rice or noodles at Mashiso. Half the time time I eat rice atChipotle, it's gross. Read more

It's an Asian-"Style" Chipotle. No complaints though. Food was pretty good. They have a nice selection and friendly service. If... you're tight on cash, Mashiso will work! You can dine in or do carryout. They do have some outdoor seating incase you want tolook at Walmart across the street. I would come again. If you're planning on doing a picnic, this might be a good option. Read more

This is a tasty place and the people are always so friendly. Most people get a bowl here and you can get it with noodles or a... variety of rice options (they'll combine them if you ask). Then you have some pork, beef, and chicken options. And then there isa variety of toppings and sauces to choose from. I will definitely be going back! Read more

We used to love this place but haven't been for about 2 years because of moving and covid. Came in today for lunch excited for... some good food, but ended up walking out without any. I saw no food cooking which doesn't sit good with me with all the ordersthey were getting in. Tells me food is being over prepped because of staffing issues, so old food on the line. But worst of all Iwatch an employee use the register not wash her hands then put on gloves to prep our food. I told my husband I won't eat hereand we walked out. Food safety should be number one priority, even with staffing issues, I would gladly wait the extra fewminutes for a safe experience at a restaurant. Read more

Really disappointed in this. Ordered the Korean beef bowl with kimchi. I wasn't expecting it to be as good as traditional korean... barbecue steak, but honestly it was similar to something I'd expect from Taco Bell. The meat was so chewy and clearly notfreshly cooked, just not good quality. The kimchi was more like seasoned cabbage as most of it didn't really seem fermented. Therice was kinda starchy and unpleasant, one of the main things that put me off. The overall flavor was just not good and Icouldn't even finish the bowl. Not sure if other reviewers had better experiences because they had to drown their bowls insauces to cover the quality issues or not, but I wouldn't recommend this place. Read more
