Whoever the ladies were that served me and my friend today had a trash attitude especially the more shorter worker. Both were... younger and seemed like they didn?t wanna do their jobs though it was only 12:45 in the afternoon once we arrived. Theingredients set out looked poor and was barely stocked for it only being the start of the afternoon and for some reason were outof pickles and or were too lazy to grab more?? But if you?re out of ingredients especially one we both mainly want on our subs,you should state that before you start making any food so customers know in advance so they could have simply left before theirsub way already mid being made. Also I only prefer one drink and it was out of the syrup for it and before I could even mentionanything about it they were already in the back talking as soon as the order was cashed out. Also no Hi or goodbye have a niceday?? Like I said definitely didn?t care to fully do their jobs and this is why I?ll continue to drive to a farther locationeven though this one is only 5 minutes from my house, every time I?m in a rush and try to give this a location a chance nomatter the time of day it is always a disappointment. I came into the store on Wednesday 12/1 a little bit before noon to pick up a door dash order. I was not greeted by either of... the employees I stood in line and neither one of them said a single word to me the entire time I was there, even as they werehanding the order to me neither employee looked at me or said a word to me. The female employee that was there was not wearingany sort of headgear to prevent hair from falling into the food. The cutting boards and knives were all covered and food andsauce and they were continuing to use the knives covered in sauce on other people sandwiches which is a huge cross contaminationissue. As someone who worked in and managed a subway for almost 8 years I would want to know if any of my employees wererepresenting my store this way. Overall customer service cleanliness and food safety were not a priority for these twoemployees. Read more
I usually try to give only positive reviews, but my experience tonight was so terrible that I feel the need to warn other... customers. My foot long had 4 slices of turkey on it? I wish I was joking. Posted pictures for proof. They put the smallestportions of toppings on as well. I asked for lettuce, extra tomato, red onion, and mayo. I literally couldn?t taste most of thembecause there was so little. I basically just ate mayo-covered bread for dinner. Today My wife brought home a tuna sandwich as we eat from here and many other subways all over.. BUT !!! tonight was the very... best tuna sandwich I've ever had in my life from any subways anywhere.. Yes it was just a tuna sandwich but it was put togetherso perfectly that I took a long time eating it to savor the flavor ????. It's not often they get recognized for trying to makesomeones sandwich .. WELL!! To the fella that made my sandwich.. THANK YOU. MAY GOD bless you and your family.. keep up thegreat job ????. My fiancé and I have always received great customer service here. The food has been good, and the store was fairly clean. I did... not notice any fruit flies like a previous reviewer stated. This is the subway location that my fiancé and I prefer in thearea. Read more
I am currently eating a cold "toasted" sub from this Subway location. I am easy to please, and I enjoy the opportunity to pick... my toppings. However, as I requested my veggie toppings, the sandwich "artist" could be considered a minimalist. A pinch oflettuce? Three tomatoes for a footlong? Please. I don't know if they're trying to save money or what, but if I have to beg for acouple pickles, I will take my business elsewhere. That being said, the location itself is clean. The bread wasn't stale, andthe vegetables looked fresh. It's a shame the service isn't better. Read more
