I've been going to Meiji since the day it opened. The family who owns and runs this restaurant are exemplary people. I've never... had a bad experience. I adore Tony the bartender and everyone always asks how my family is doing, how my job is, etc. They keepa great menu, the foods always fresh and we all know how good the maitais are if you've been! It's extremely family friendly aswell as accommodating for big parties, my boyfriend planned a surprise birthday party for me there last year! We'll always talkhighly about johns restaurant and his excellent staff. Read more

Absolutely horrible! We had a party of 3. Upon sitting down we ordered our food. The waitress only gave us 2 plates not even... realizing a plate was missing. She brought our food over when it was done and walked away, didn't even ask if we neededanything. The portions were small and definitely didn't compare to other Chinese restaurants in the area. Fifteen minutes passedbefore she came back and asked if we needed anything. We asked for sauce and she told us if we wanted more sauce we had to pay.She then realized we were missing a plate, she apologized and brought the plate. While eating we couldn't help but notice allthe flies on the windows and fruit flies around our food..... So disgusting! Never will go back Read more

The waitress was very nice and I liked the bar area. The volcano roll was really tasty, the tempura crumbs on top made it. The... food was hit or miss for me. Some of it wasn?t seasoned well and just tasted too plain. The beef teriyaki was very tender andthe chicken teriyaki was fantastic. Crab rangoons were what you expect but my favorite dish was the orange chicken. Would haveagain, but now I know what to stay away from. Read more

Super friendly owners, good staff and really fresh and great food, with a typically friendly atmosphere. My boys love the... sesame chicken. The super friendly waitresses, especially Emily always make them smile. John, the owner has even made themballoons before. We love it here, especially after their baseball games when they're treated like superstars. Read more

Sat next to the bar today bar was about half full noone at any side table next to the bar but me and my son. Waited 20 minutes... noone came over once to greet us get us a drink nothing. Bar tender had no interest in helping us. No waiters at that point inthe day to get the side tables. Ended up just leaving took our business to jasmines up the road I'd suggest you do also. 4 1star Google reviews in the last 3 weeks is not a coincidence! Read more

Recently went here for the first time and can say I will definitely be going back again. This is a nice spot for Asian food and... good drinks. The prices are on the high side, but the quality of food is very good and the portions. Dragon bowls and Mai Tai'sare a must, also the Mongolian beef. I hear there is a bingo night and a karaoke night, although I am not sure of what daysthose are on. Definitely a place to check out. Read more

Just stopped in for a cocktail with a friend. Staff is super friendly as well as the clientele. Fresh watermelon martinis were... amazing! The food that was served to others looked and smelled great. Will definitely return for food. Read more

So disappointed in our most recent experience here. The current female manager told our server to ask us to leave because our... kids were being "too loud." Everybody in the dining room was shocked when they heard what was going on, because the kids weresitting quietly enjoying their food not bothering anyone. This female manager claimed to be the owner and told us "there's aplace for people like you and it isn't here." We happen to know the owner as we've been customers since they opened. We told herwe know she's not the owner and she snapped with "I'm calling the cops on you." I left crying holding both of my kids in myarms. My oldest was crying in the parking lot saying he's hungry so I poked back in to see if I can grab out to go food and rhehostess snapped at me saying I slammed their slow close door that is literally impossible to slam, especially with a kid in eacharm. I'm guessing the Manger and hostess aren't kid friendly people?? Maybe they're not cut out to work at a restaurant thatwants to be family friendly or maybe this place just isn't family friendly anymore?? Either way after countless anniversarycelebrations, birthdays meals, dinner and lunches with friends and family here we will NOT be returning. ???????????? Read more
