I placed an $80.00 delivery order, didn?t get half my items. And when you try to call NOBODY EVER ANSWERS!! Worst place to... order from. Website says they are open till 9pm. But they leave at 8pm. Do not ever order online at this store. I have ordered online several times no problem.yesterday I went in to pick up my online... order, The young girl at the counter said it was already picked up, I explained it couldn?t be how would they have my name Ishowed her my receipt. She made no attempt to make me another sandwich or give me a refund, she said I would have to come backthe next day, I went down there to see the manager I could not believe this was going on over a $20 order. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Was waiting 5-6 minutes before someone walked from the back. Then slowly made my sandwich no problem.... WHen ringing new up he messed up on the total and i said ?it?s a tuna sub with pepperoni added. Maybe my tone was a littleirritated. Maybe the money spent on remodeling should have gone towards buying bread for this place instead. 9 times out of 10 I can... guarantee they have no bread. I went there tonight with the coupons they sent in the mail to get people in to see the newremodel and they had no bread. This isnt the first time I've said something about this issue either. Guess we will be going toother local subways. There are plenty of other ones and they always have bread. Read more
