My first time walking in the door I was greeted right away by Lindsey. I worked in customer service for many years; being... promptly greeted sets the tone. Lindsey was very courteous and helpful. I asked for Chicken wings well done and all flats, the women who took my order over the phone repeated my order to me so there... was no discrepancy I told her I would pay extra money for flats which I didn?t receive also the wings were no where close towell done, they were very chewy???? Their pizza is good, and usually I have no issue ordering. I wanted to order a soup, and I used one of the online services they... use, Chow Now. I saw they have an option for cup or bowl, and I requested a bowl. When I went to pick up, it seems I got a cupsize, and when I asked if it was a bowl size, the person I asked said that?s all we have. I feel as I paid double for the size,and it might not be the restaurant but the online service but I believe it should all be upsated to avoid a confusion like this.At least the soup was ok. If I could rate this a no star I would. They took the name The Big Apple and shamed us New Yorkers with a hockey puck of a... pizza and disgusting eggplant Parmigiano sub. They were far from what New York Pizza really is you get in New York. Read more
Great service!! With friendly staff. Food was hot and ready on pickup!! Stromboli was FANTASTIC!! Located within a plaza near... other shops and restaurants. Plenty of parking. We highly recommend this location when visiting the area!! Read more
We got a pepperoni and mushroom pizza tonight it was awesome. Very tasty perfectly cooked. A really nice salad. Updated*** Today... made a mistake ordering Victoria helped me fix it and was so helpful and sweet. This is our favorite pizza place in Palm Beachhands down! Thanks Victoria! Read more
