4 times i have ordered and everytime there's been an issue on the delivery end. Driver drove home and then called to ask where... my house was in the neighborhood. One couldn't find my house; there numbered in order!!! The food is skimpy and expensive. Didntrecieve the receipt for my order either. Staff is rude and unapologetic manager could really careless about satisfaction. I wastold by others in my neighborhood not to order from here now I know why! Read more
I was verbally abused by the delivery driver. He called me having trouble finding my apartment and continued to speak over me... when I was trying to figure out where he was so I could properly direct him to my home. He was yelling and cursing at me, so Iasked my husband to go outside and meet the driver because I didn't want to be verbally abused any longer. The driver continuedto curse at my husband, yelled at him to come downstairs and meet him, and threw our bag of food on the ground. I've never hadany issues like this and we were both really taken aback as we were nothing but polite to this man. Along with this, thefranchise owner has been non-responsive as this happened three days ago and I've reported it with no call back. Save your moneyand go somewhere else for pizza or you'll risk being yelled and cursed at by your delivery driver. Read more

The pizza is always good for the most part and sometimes it?s made carelessly or isn?t cut completely through, because of this... I?ve just started ordering it uncut and I cut it myself. Drivers sometimes can?t follow instructions ( special instructions )you can leave. I tell them not to knock at my door because I have a baby amd sometimes in the evening he is sleeping and theirpounding on the door wakes him. I?ve even been lied to and said there isn?t any instructions and I had to point them out to thedriver. LOOK ON MY PIZZA BOX HELLO, but besides that I?ve always ordered Domino?s I think it?s pretty decent in price excepttheir delivery charge has gone up AGAIN. Like dude my pizza was $25.60 and with tax and your fee it?s now $33. I?ll give them3.5 stars because of covid and good help being hard to find. THANKS DOMINOS Read more
If I could put zero stars I would. Placed an order 40 minutes before they close, which the site says they will take orders up... to closing time. Waited about 2 hours and called multiple times to see where the order was. No one answered the phone, in factsomeone just kept hanging the phone up. Also, keep in mind, my address is only 5 minutes down the road, but I wasn't going todrive there after they had closed. So I called the next day and again, my phone was not answered until I called on an unknownnumber. The manager was nice but told me the charge was voided last night, insinuating that their lazy employee just didn'twant to deliver that night. Then made no offers to make up for what happened when I could have just ordered somewhere else. Twice this Domino's has forgotten items - then forgetting to credit me for the drinks not delivered. They have fixed the problem... of delivering ice-cold items, but tonight's quality was terrible: large, almost uncut onions and limited sausage on the pizza,chicken nuggets that were basically all-dough and not even Bite-size -- more like very hard, meatless crumbs. UPDATE: We have now gotten 2 pizzas in a row with the toppings crushed and stuck to the box. I tried calling the store and it... goes to voicemail. It is completely unacceptable to have something like this happen and then you can't even contact customersupport. We will not be ordering from here again. Very sad when our initial experiences with this store were so positive.Absolutely ridiculous. The first phot 0is the first time this happened, and the second is this time. We order from thisdominoes a lot and are usually so happy with it. It tastes great and it's fast. However lately their attention to detail hasbeen lacking. Last time we ordered online we selected the pizza to be "pie cut" instead of square and it came square cut ( iknow that seems small, but it was annoying). Well I probably should have read the reviews before I actually ordered from the North Palm Beach Domino's. The Manager, Sarah,... the rudest person ever. I called because according to the app, my pizza has been out of the oven for 10 minutes and was beingquality checked. How long does it take to Quality check a pizza? Also, when it would be delivered because I do not want toreceive a cold pizza. She was extremely rude and said that she has late orders, it's not her fault that people place orders justbefore close, (meaning me) and she only has two drivers. As soon as the driver arrives the pizza will go out and that the driverwould be there any minute. So in our 5-minute conversation, at the end of the conversation the driver finally arrived but mypizza still had not left the store. I expressed my concern about the pizza having sit been sitting there out of the oven formore than 10 minutes and the driver still hadn't arrived back in the store to deliver my order. Then it would take him at least10 minutes to deliver the pizza to my house if he didn't have any other orders to deliver. So by the time he would reach myhouse if he had left right then, my pizza would have been out of the oven for 20 minutes and would have been cold. I didn'tcancel my order because of the time that it took, at this point I'm canceling my order and never ordering from the Domino'sagain because of the attitude of this store manager. She literally laughed at me, argued with me about the fact that I've neverordered from them before and I tried to explain that I just moved in the neighborhood. She laughed at me some more and hung upon me. She also said that Domino's wouldn't be the number one pizza company in the world if they delivered cold pizzas yet theirreviews and the photos tell a different story.
