I stopped in to redeem a gift certificate that I received last Christmas. They were happy to redeem it and very helpful. Just a... note. Even though the open sign was lit, they are closed on Sundays when I came by earlier in the week. Read more
West Palm Beach store is fantastic. I brought a quarter and got it home and it was over cooked and dry. Terrible customer service and they try to make up for it by calling people pet names. First, they Couldn?t find my order... because they took my name down wrong when I placed the order. Then, when they finally found it, I explained I placed the orderfor Thanksgiving on Monday and was told I can pay when I get in but they said my coupon had expired the day before and theywouldn?t honor it. Spent $170 and they wouldn?t honor a messily $5 off coupon?! Rude. Terrible attitudes. Will take all futurebusiness to another location.
