West Palm Beach store is fantastic. I brought a quarter and got it home and it was over cooked and dry. Took it back and... management couldn't have been nicer to replace it which as usual is delicious. Thank you to this manager who was fabulous. I'll be back for sure. She deserves a raise. Thanks!! Terrible customer service and they try to make up for it by calling people pet names. First, they Couldn?t find my order... because they took my name down wrong when I placed the order. Then, when they finally found it, I explained I placed the orderfor Thanksgiving on Monday and was told I can pay when I get in but they said my coupon had expired the day before and theywouldn?t honor it. Spent $170 and they wouldn?t honor a messily $5 off coupon?! Rude. Terrible attitudes. Will take all futurebusiness to another location. Perhaps it's just me but i am starting to think there is something wrong with my face that irritates people. Instead of greeting... me with "Hello there, how can I help you, let me know when you are ready to order". This employee greats me with the most rudeattitude...saying " u wanna sandwich? The Hams are great! The sandwiches could be modernized though, I took a few bites and in the garbage it went. The stores do... generate enough foot traffic in my view to elevate the level of side dishes, french fries, baked potatoes,etc, I pressed hotsandwich maybe. Just my opinion. Read more

I have gone there 4 times and ordered the same salad each time. All four times the salad was made differently. I only got bacon... the second time I went. They don't cut anything in the salad. I'm assuming if they aren't lazy they will cut the tomatoes,cheese, cucumbers and the ham. Mine was only cut the first time I went. Expect the lettuce. The lettuce is as long as noodles.Be prepared to cut your salad when you get home. Read more
