It was a terrible experience, I've been going here for years, the girl who was serving me didn't know absolutely anything about... the menu, we ran out of sparkling water, she said, what? Are you kidding me? I can perfectly see them from here, I ask her totalk to her manager and another server kindly gave me an apology and helped me ohhh and one more thing, soup was really salty, Ithink I won't waste my time here anymore, new ownership is simply bad. I just had the best fried pork spring rolls ever. You have to try them when they are fresh. It?s the perfect crunch on the... outside and hot meat on the inside. I got the beef pho with beef balls and beef shank which was the perfect amount of flavor. Mybf got the vegeterian pho which was good. I think the beef broth is better. The Vietnamese iced coffee with condensed milk isperfect. I like the spring rolls so much I ordered some to go. This place was a pleasant surprise. I?m traveling from Boston andhonestly pick the place that was closest to my hotel. I found out its under new ownership from the waitress. I read the reviewabout the salty broth. I usually leave good reviews, but this was absolutely terrible. The 3 of us ordered different meals. All were tasteless. Our... chicken, pork, rice and tofu were all dry. I could barely cut and chew the pork. And I have all my own teeth! The summer rollswere nasty with no flavour. Seasoning had to have been forgotten. Something was so wrong with our meals.There was only 1 serveron, and it was not busy, but I counted 10 dirty tables and I think there are only 15 tables in the place. The server nevercarried 1 empty plate back to the kitchen. She never came back to our table to see how we were. Never even acknowledged usleaving or thanking us as we still tipped well! This place just lacked ambiance. Was this just a bad lunch? I usually will givea place another chance to redeem themselves, but not this one. Don't waste your time and money.
