Very impressed. They where short staffed it seemed and slammed, the waitress was very efficient and fast. The food is amazing... ????. My favorites are the patty melt with seasoned fries and the bourbon chicken sizzling skillet. The staff is very friendlyand management is always checking on guests and never afraid to jump in and help. I rarely give 5 stars but it was more thanearned here!! Bravo Read more
I love going when it's kinda busy because it's the only time people get my order right and on time. I came early as 1pm and I... only see 2 tables being attended, the server forgot like my water 2 times and then forgot about until we left. But I like foodoverall. I asked about why the long wait. We got there at 630p served after 730p. Manager who had been there since 8a said all new... servers 1 cook who was new and no dishwasher. Has been like this all day. He closes as 11. He was very kind and very nice.. Not rushed while waiting on us.. So all this was very understandable. I hope the folks who were there that left keep this inmind. Read more
Went in today with my family. We love Denny's. 1st time and last time at this location. The place was dead when we got there,... and the restaurant was very warm. We were seated the seats had food all over them. Ok...the waitress comes takes our order. Sheis quick to let us know she is new to the menu, when asked a question. But the topper came when our drinks did. Enjoyingconversation, swish around my strawberry lemonade, and up comes a corpse of a dead fly. That's my last straw. We get up andleave...my husband leaves 5 bucks as the lady says it probably flew in there...No ma'am sorry, that bloated corpse came up withthe ice being stirred. We stopped in on Sunday night around 10:30-11pm. There were only a couple people in there eating. Only 1 waitress which is... understandable, and she was pleasant. The experience started out not so great but the manager Ashley H came over and talked tous, she was really nice and helped us with the issues. The only reason I?m taking 2 stars off is for their lack of dietarysubstitutions. Our bill ended up being $52 for 3 Philly cheesesteak omelettes with the sides going home for the dogs bc theywouldn?t substitute the hash browns and toast for a vegetable, meat or egg side. I can?t have sugar so this was such a waste forme. Definitely not worth the price for what we got and we all left feeling hungry. The omelettes are half the size they used tobe, no cheese and peppers ontop like their used to be, but they were still good. But our waitress I?m not sure of her name she?san older lady, she was nice and apologetic and offered to bring us some strawberries which we couldn?t have bc of the sugar butit was a nice gesture. The waitress Janelle on third shift is absolutely amazing and kept a great pace at checking up on me and my group she was super... respectful towards us, and the cook Tony on third shift did an outstanding job on the meals. Exactly what we asked for and wassuper quick with it. But a few weeks ago I had a came in and this one waitress didn't bother checking up on my table more thenonce I had to go and ask for refills but Janelle is doing the best work I've seen here!! We were driving through this area, on our way home. Looking for a place to eat, that wasn't super crowded in the afternoon. So,... we decided upon this place. Maybe 3-4 other tables were occupied at the same time. Very slow, around 4pm. The environment wassomewhat clean in the dining areas. Tables were cleaned off. The restroom had no toilet paper and was fairly messy, consideringthe time of day. Our waitress was friendly. The chocolate chip banana pancakes were good. However, my husband couldn't eat hiseggs, because they were dripping with grease or butter. His bacon tasted like it was cooked and then sat out all day. It wasdefinitely not a WOW!
