This visit was forgettable. First, waited in the drive thru for at least 15 minutes. Then, got to the window, where we sat, as... at least 10 employees walked by the drive thru window, not even acknowledging we were their. Finally, we got our items weordered, 1 coke, 1 vanilla milkshake. These two items, and we were in drive thru for over 20 minutes. I usually don't saywhere the place is, but this time, I will. Worse big Mac I ever had, no pickle, no flavor, it sat by the window with my cold fries for about 4 min before I got it,... everyone was running around filling things up,ketchup, etc. Place looked bad, they forgot my coke, anyway I came home with coldbad food. There was plenty of people working, just not doing their job correctly. Read more
I stopped in here today and ordered a Crispy Chicken Sandwich. When I opened it to eat it, it looked and tasted like it had... been sitting there for hours. It was dry and tough and the bread was tough too. Not a happy camper. And to top that off, Ihad to wait in line like they were just making it. It wasn't hot enough for them to have just made it. Floors in dinning room have so much grease on them you have to hold on to walk. Food was cold and took over 27 min to get food.... I heard one worker tell a customer if you want it faster come cook it yourself. I will never go there again. Read more
Store is so dirty. We ordered 3 happy meals with no onions they had extra onions on all 3 of them the light up table has smeared... ketchup all over the side of it. Trash and food all over the lobby. They forgot all 3 chocolate milks as well won't dine in hereagain its just nasty. Read more
Shakes were good. Service was slow. People were complaining and leaving drive up. Person at window was handing phone to patron... to get phone numbers exchanged. One of the window helpers said people are just rude, as someone went by complaining, My thoughtwas it is rude to worry about giving your phone number out while waiting the window and holding people up in line. Seemed to bea lack of coordination of services. I was fine and just waited and never said a word, but others were not happy. Read more
