I've been here few times since we moved out to banks and this day and evening shift are great customer service my orders are... always correct. The night shift continues to be horrible with the rudest blond lady working at the window, she never checks theorder to make sure it's correct and tries to ignore the customer when she forgets something simple like a straw. Tonight I askedfor a straw we order two drinks she handed is one straw upon request she walked away so we waited n she came back like what so Iasked kindly again for the straw. Also we were excited to try the pumpkin pies we were told over the speaker when ordering wasavailable and as we got back onto the highway ate our meals and was ready for our deserts we were extremely disappointed to findtwo burnt apple pies this has been twice now in the last two weeks we've placed a night order I'm not really happy with thedisappointment and usually don't make unhappy reviews. This location has poor customer service and unaccountable employeesworking. I'm not going to order from this restaurant again and I will be informing everyone I know the place has terriblecustomer service and constantly gives incorrect orders with burnt pies. Waste of money. Went to the drive through to grab a quick meal before work. Just ordered a large fish filet meal. I was asked to move to the... spot around the corner to wait for my food. I sat there for about 15-20 minutes and counted about 12 other vehicles drive outfrom the drive through who already had their orders filled. Terrible customer service, food was subpar even by McDonald'sstandards. Watched employees pull out their phones and play on their phones instead of fulfill orders etc... We?ve been living in North Plains for 3 years- this place is Trash! Customer service sometimes makes up for the ?line cooks?. My... husband always says, ?I?m just going to throw $30 on the counter and have them surprise me because they NEVER get the ordercorrect.? Today, as I was bringing my kid home from football practice.. we had to return FOUR TIMES just to get 2 spicymcchickens correct. And the crazy thing is, they were getting frustrated with ME!! HA! This place is always very clean, and consistent with their food. Occasionally they take a while during busy hours, but the staff... is always nice and helpful. Use the McDonald's app for great deals! Edit: I've since changed this to a 2* because ordering fromthe APP gets ignored and your other ends up getting cleared and you have to go in and get in after waiting 20 minutes... Donethis now a couple times unfortunately. Read more
The McDonald's in North Plains always serves fresh and hot meals. I've never been disappointed with this location. Whomever owns... this franchise please consider purchasing some of the Portland area locations. If the owner or manager sees my review pleasethank your employees.
