Ordered 4 meals, but had to pull forward and wait 10 minutes (3 cars behind me got meals first). Wasn't bad, must have been... making burgers because the fries were luke warm so not "just made". Restaurants should make sure that if anything is servedhot, it should be the fries. Read more

They were moderately busy & there was no one at the register to take our order, so we used the kiosk to order. Then went to the... register to pay in cash. After 10 minutes, a lady showed up. I gave her a $50. bill for our $18.40 total. She didn't know howto make the change because she thought I gave her a $20. bill & had already rung it up that way. Had to have a supervisor help. Very short on staff & several not very happy customers waiting to pay & get their food. We were trying to make time on theroad & this lost nearly half an hour for us. Read more

Yes, service is slow. There busy. I expected that. But.. THERE BISCUITS ARE FRESH and made from scratch. Few locations do this.... This is why I stop here for Breakfast. My food is Always fresh and tasty. Read more

Slower than your typical McDonald?s but worth the wait. The fries are actually warm and cooked correctly. The same goes for the... burger. It?s actually looks like it should and not squished and slapped together. I got the black coffee and it was actuallygood. Not burned or wrong mixture of grounds to water. Read more

7/19/22 @ 21:14 A reminder of why I hardly ever get McDonald?s(incompetent workers) Latino boy(karate kid) ?employee? wearing... black bandanna when asked how to order a Homestyle Burger on the kiosk because they don?t take orders at register , he repliedcrispy chicken sandwich, I said that?s not a burger.. I?m wanting a home style burger and again he said crispy chicken. I hadto ask another employee because I thought maybe he was mentally challenged, they gave me a suggestion and I ordered a combo onthe kiosk, it said to grab a number tent and type it in and set it on my table and that they would deliver it to me. When orderwas ready they hollered out my number instead of delivering it which wouldn?t have been a problem if they were busy orunderstaffed but there were plenty of employees standing around chatting instead of cleaning the lobby area where there wasn?t aclean table to sit at(I cleaned one) and the floor was nasty and sticky. The burger was ok, I specified one slice of cheese theyput two slices and burger was thrown together sloppy, fries were stale, fountain drinks under carbonated had to purchase a drinkat Love?s. I could?ve been lied to when I asked what crispy chickens name was but i was told it was Brandon. For the love of godMickey D?s train your employees proper customer service(to listen) and make them learn the menu before putting them out toassist customers. Read more

Absolutely the worst McDonald's experience I ever had. I waited over 30 minutes in drive-thu with only 7 cars in front of me.... Others in line drove off, some were honking at the poor service. Plenty of employment, so that wasn't the problem. I was askedseveral times after ordering what I had ordered. The burger was the worst tasting #7 meal. Dry & old...like it was sittingaround for an hour. This store owner/franchise operator should be ashamed. Not the consistency of service and food quality thatMcDonald's is known for. STAY AWAY! Seriously? You have machines taking orders, nobody at the counter and this is the best you can do? I haven't eaten at McDonald's... in a long time because of quality like this, I would be embarrassed to serve a customer this stuff. Read more

We have eaten here twice in the last week. Both times it took over 20 minutes to get food. When you stand there waiting for your... food you get to see a lot?Ordering from the kiosk takes a lot of time and there were staff members standing/wandering around whocould have taken orders. Customers had to wait longer for orders because no one would come to register to take money so orderdidn?t get placed or made. Not one staff person thanked customers as they plop sacks on the counter and yell a number. Fishsandwich was like leather. Tarter sauce all over the box. Napkins were empty, flat soda, and no ice. When I mentioned it thestaff person just looked at me. Hair hanging in faces and everyone looked mad. They seemed to have plenty of staff workingbecause no one seemed in a big hurry.
