Good breakfast but seriously, you need to do something about your ventilation system. The whole place stunk like a deep fat fry... bowl. My clothes reeked when I walked out. Had to take a shower when I got home to get the smell off me. C?mon. Read more

So FRUSTRATING!!!!???? first the kid that was on the register (only one open) was ridiculous!! So slow. The guy at the register... in front of me was leaned over on the counter just talking taking their good old time is the line was getting longer and longerbehind me and older gentleman behind me made the comment geez all he's forgetting is the back rub...!! (Yes it was that bad)then as I get up to the register to check out I asked him for my receipt and the older gentleman that was behind me asked him ifthere was any house made popcorn. Instead of handing me my receipt he stood with his hand on my receipt leaned over stared atthe old man for a good solid one minute and said what do you mean House made popcorn while he was still holding my receiptinstead of handing me my receipt so I could leave I had to stand there and listen to their exchange about House made popcorn.Ridiculous slow then I go to Denny's. I'm the only person sitting on the chair hostess is standing there wiping menus I see mybag of food behind her cuz I ordered online so I was just picking it up. Took her 4-5 min. To even acknowledge me!!! If I couldhave took my tip off I would have!!! It was sadly already paid for. Now I'm no "Karen" or anything but... Come the F ON!!!!!Hope this helps someone ?? Read more

You know I really love this location. Decent food. Friendly folks. Chris the manager seems like a genuinely good guy. My only... complaint is there is always something wrong with the washer and/or driers and by always I mean for the last few months. I know,I know, call the number on the machine and file a complaint. When the pilots internet rarely works it?s hard to do that frominside the store. Like I said I love the location and the people that work here. I just wish someone could do something aboutthis issue. I frequent this location 2wice a week and would love to my laundry while taking a shower after a long hard day onthe road. I spend money here on food, fuel, and sometimes dennys. I hate saying this but I am about to drive myself across thestreet to the Loves and give them my business because I?m not going to spend money here waiting for clothes to finish across thestreet. Absolutely unprofessional, and just plainly an unpleasant experience! I was in the store for a matter of minutes, I happened to... find an item that I intended to purchase, but before doing so I needed to decide which color that I was going to pick. At thattime, I had an attachment for the particular item, as well 3 of the same item in my hands, trying to decide which color that Iwanted to purchase. The attendant then aggressively approached me, very offensively, accusing me of opening merchandise. It wasvery plainly, clear that I had not done anything of the sort. I then held all the merchandise that was in my hands up to him,immediately showing that all the merchandise was sealed, and he was completely wrong for his rude, and false accusations. Thispoor excuse for a manager, was not only wrong in this matter, but was completely rude, and out of line, to approach an innocentpaying customer in this manner. This was a completely unpleasant experience for me at this establishment. The way thisindividual behaved was plain harassment, as well as discrimination, and profiling, etc. I'm not sure who hired this hot headfor management, but this was a very poor decision. He has no business being in a management role, nor does he have any sense ofcustomer service skills, or proper business etiquette judging by this experience. I strongly suggest that he be trained in theseareas if his employment continues further! Unfortunately I will not likely ever return after this experience. Read more

Poor customer service showers are not being cleaned in orderly fashion there saying it's a 45 minute wait for showers but... clearly nobody is clean the showers on the night shift also are not requiring patrons to wear mask I seen a lot of people insidethe store not wearing mask although it stated clearly on the door mass required when questioned about it The clerk says that Owell because of people's attitude about wearing a mask , I don't enforce it The places overall dirrty was given a shower thatwas dirrty had to request a new one which was a little cleaner but still in all , The younger lady should be the manager theolder ladies very rude and very disrespectful and should not be running the place, A lot of people were also getting called forshowers and none of them were getting clean people were having to wait Me or nobody in my company will be stopping at this pilotin the future Read more

Everything looks ok. I did not like that they put the wash machine right in the middle of the showers. Service is ok. The... parking lot is not bad I like that it has an entrance and an exit. Everytime it has a Denny's j give it a plus, theirs one here. Read more
