Date of Visit: 09/24/22 around 2:30pm - Waited over 30 minutes in drive thru when there was only 3 cars ahead in line. Ordered... two 3-Piece Chicken Tender Meals plus an additional Rt44 Cherry Limeade. Got to the window and the guy tried to give us a largeDr Pepper. When we told him what we ordered, he had no clue what we were talking about so we just had to leave with no foodbecause he was totally clueless as to how to rectify the situation. Read more
I LOVE Sonic but this one was not up to standards. Order ahead (app) while on a road trip, got there, checked in at a stall,... waited 20 minutes. Finally called the store from the stall and was told no stall delivery, drive through only. My burger waslukewarm (cheese tots were cold) as it?d been waiting for me for over 15 minutes. Read more
This was right off the interstate and we were on a time table so we chose this restaurant. After struggling with ordering thru... the app, the order was put in and I tried to use the restroom. Locked. No one was in there, because we were parked right infront of it. THere was a rat trap by the door. Not exactly appetizing. It took 20 minutes to get the food and it was lukewarm atbest. THe tots were dry and lacked any salt. THe burger so cold the cheese didn't even melt. Skip this place and drive furtherto Raising Cane or another place. Read more
They are only taking orders in the drive thru do to being short staffed. There is a sign at drive thru that says to honk or yell... loudly because their speaker is not working correctly. So we honked. The lady that was working RUDELY came on the speaker andsaid," You only need to honk once and YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE EXCESSIVE. THE driver said i wasnt being excesaive it was one honkand i was following the instructions on the sign. Another worker tried talking qnd began apologizing when the RUDE lady onceagain said the honking was excessive. We left ! This Sonic has a terrible reputation and this is one of the reasons. Don?t stop here unless you have all the time in the world. Ordered a grilled cheese and fries thinking this would be a quick... drive through spot, then waited 45 minutes in the drive through and never received any food. Someone came up to the window fromthe patio and ?ordered $81 worth of food? which they were having a hard time filling that order along with the few cars thatwere in the drive through apparently. The two cars ahead of us were still there when we left and hadn?t received any of theirorders so I?m sure the total wait would?ve been upwards of an hour. Read more
Absolutely horrible experience. We sat at the kiosk for almost ten minutes and watched three cars go through the drive Thru... before we even got a chance to order. End up going through drive thru instead and wait for over half an hour for our food. Wewatched all the employees run around to make drinks, text on their phones and talk. Two employees left while we were waitingwith four cars behind us. The girl said our ?food was being made fresh? and when we finally got it after almost an hour of beingthere our tater tots were basically cold, the burgers were meh. The only thing actually hot was the chicken and mozzarellasticks out of four meals we ordered. Not to mention we got a marinara sauce with a hole in the lid. I absolutely hated my experience here!!! We ordered 4 drinks. It took 18 minutes to get to the window to pay. Shortly after... we paid, I saw 4 of the staff go out to the vehicle behind us and pet their dogs and gave them their order and they drove off. I was fine with that, whatever, they were cute pups. Then a few minutes later they came out and gave the people behind us theirorder and they drove off. By this point I'm wondering what in the world is going on! And then guess what? They again servedthe people behind us!! AGAIN!! So at this point, we've been waiting about 30 minutes for 4 drinks and 3 cars behind us havebeen served. I finally tapped on the window and asked for a refund, told them I no longer needed the drinks. We waited another10 minutes for a gal to bring me a ticket # What a waste of time!
