I'm reluctant to give even 1 star. The customer service was terrible and the food presented was equally as bad. 2 people working... and no one else but my family and they act like we're an inconvenience. They screwed up our sandwiches and over did it on all ofall sandwiches. No care except getting us out of there asap. Pretty disappointed after dropping close to $60 dollars. Rude ppl. Asked for mayonnaise and they put ranch on it. After me asking if they just used ranch they got rude and wanted to... make it an argument that I said ranch. Didn?t have to wait for an other sandwich. Not so much as an apology just that I waswrong. Two ppl heard me say mayonnaise! Read more
Absolute worst Subway I?ve ever been to. My boyfriend had to tell the guy three times what sandwich he wanted. The other worker... made mine. I wanted bacon on my sandwich but not toasted. He proceeded to put the uncooked bacon on my sandwich. The store hadno salt, the melt press apparently wasn?t working, and no pizzas. The bread was super undercooked. Even on my boyfriend?stoasted sandwich, it was still way too undercooked. Probably the worst restaurant experience I?ve ever had. Came in right before closing after a late arrival in North Platte. Two young fellas were friendly and took good care of my wife... and I. Of course, we enjoyed our sandwiches but it's always top-notch service that impresses me. We really appreciated the warmwelcome and good eats! Read more
I walked in the restaurant this morning and like many times it was severely crowded. The two young ladies began making my sub... with such a speed and efficiency I have never observed in my entire career as a truck driver. The workers were kind and politeand took my order with a happy and joyful demeanor. Their attitude was cheerful and up-beat and the manager was incredible. Iwould come time and time again and would advise my friends and family to do so as well. Read more
