I actually used to work here. Not only does management treat their employees poorly, but they treat customers poorly also. After... I quit, I?ve ordered for delivery multiple times, and every time, they took over an hour to bring me my order. Whenever Iattempt to call to check on my order, they never answer the phone. I placed an order today, with the same issue. So I called,and they answered. But they immediately put me on hold! Without saying anything! Honestly, it?s really sad how they treatpeople. Ordered a 24 PC boneless wings. Only got 16. Normally I would just let it go. But missing 8 pieces was a lot for the price. So I... called and said I'm sorry for being "that person" and explained I only got 16 wings out of 24. They said they would deliver methe remaining 8. Delivery driver was very polite an apologized and I said it wasn't his fault and tipped him for theinconvenience. Brought the food inside and only had 7 pieces. Normally I would care if a couple pieces were missing, but sincethey had 8 missing and tried to fix it and still had 1 missing is kind of frustrating..
