I actually used to work here. Not only does management treat their employees poorly, but they treat customers poorly also. After... I quit, I?ve ordered for delivery multiple times, and every time, they took over an hour to bring me my order. Whenever Iattempt to call to check on my order, they never answer the phone. I placed an order today, with the same issue. So I called,and they answered. But they immediately put me on hold! Without saying anything! Honestly, it?s really sad how they treatpeople. Ordered a 24 PC boneless wings. Only got 16. Normally I would just let it go. But missing 8 pieces was a lot for the price. So I... called and said I'm sorry for being "that person" and explained I only got 16 wings out of 24. They said they would deliver methe remaining 8. Delivery driver was very polite an apologized and I said it wasn't his fault and tipped him for theinconvenience. Brought the food inside and only had 7 pieces. Normally I would care if a couple pieces were missing, but sincethey had 8 missing and tried to fix it and still had 1 missing is kind of frustrating.. Wings were good. Pizza was doughy. No ice.
Not sure what is going on at this Pizza Hut. We ordered 2 pizzas, one came as ordered, the other had been tilted so the toppings... had all sloshed over the side. We called, and after being on hold for 20 minutes, explained the situation. To their credit, theysent another pizza out right away for free. Unfortunately, somehow the same thing had happened and it was even worse than thefirst. At this point we are just giving up, but we will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut again. Read more
I'm really disappointed for my order today. Pizza Hut have the best fries. I've ordered them before, not once but twice. Both... times my fries were full but today it was more like a handful or less! $3.99 each for these fries bowl. Read more
The Santa Clause house is ok but I thought when going there that the town was set up like a Christmas village. I was wrong, the... Santa Clause house store is the only thing. Big Santa & tree. The reindeer were a great treat to see. Read more
