Worst "fast" food service in the Fairbanks area. They do not seem in a hurry to get anyone their orders. They also routinely... have shouting matches between employees that can be heard through the drive thru window. Read more

They have hardly any employees because everyone keeps quitting, the lobby is ALWAYS closed. The line is always to the road, do... not take door dash orders from here or you will be waiting over an hour. Took one the other day and sat in line for 45 minuetsfor a 6$ order... ridiculous. The kitchen is very dirty and clearly need an inspection. It would close, no one cleans themachines let alone anything else. I wouldn't eat from here. My brother in law recently worked from this company and when we dida walk through I was appalled at how disgusting the kitchen was. The cooler and freezer are so un organized that a fry deliverycompletely thawed because they couldn't put it away, then once it thawed they refroze it... Eat at your own risk. Read more

Do not accept doordash orders from here. It was a 20+ minute wait for an order that wasn't very big. Lobby was closed. One of... the people working there had absolutely AWFUL body odor.
