They have hardly any employees because everyone keeps quitting, the lobby is ALWAYS closed. The line is always to the road, do... not take door dash orders from here or you will be waiting over an hour. Took one the other day and sat in line for 45 minuetsfor a 6$ order... ridiculous. The kitchen is very dirty and clearly need an inspection. It would close, no one cleans themachines let alone anything else. I wouldn't eat from here. My brother in law recently worked from this company and when we dida walk through I was appalled at how disgusting the kitchen was. The cooler and freezer are so un organized that a fry deliverycompletely thawed because they couldn't put it away, then once it thawed they refroze it... Eat at your own risk. Read more
This is the most dysfunctional Wendy's in the planet and maybe the worst fast food chain store ever. Dirty, can't get an... order right, out of main menu items frequently, "deals" on the menu board aren't honored. Dropped by today to get a Dave's single with no cheese combo. However they were out of ALL soda. Only had ice tea and frosty.... So, I order sandwich only with no cheese. They gave me a sandwich already made but removed part of the cheese. The employeesobviously don't take pride in providing good and properly prepared food. Do not accept doordash orders from here. It was a 20+ minute wait for an order that wasn't very big. Lobby was closed. One of... the people working there had absolutely AWFUL body odor. You could smell it from the drive thru window. The one in Fairbanksisn't any better. Again, if you can't properly staff your locations, why even keep them open? Read more
