VETERANS DAY. I believe they were overwhelmed. So many people. 45 minute wait. Food came rather quickly. Loretta was a very good... but so busy. I don't frequent Applebee's so I can't compare to a regular day. I don't plan to dine out on Veterans Dayagain. Overall Applebee's did the best they could. Read more
Ordered bourbon mushroom Swiss burger. No mushrooms and French fries were cold. Ask waitress to take it back and get it fixed. ... She came back and said cook said the mushrooms were under the cheese. I pulled cheese back to show her there were none. I thenasked for a manager. 15 minutes later she comes back with a ramekin of mushrooms. I asked where the manager was? She saidshe?s the one that told her to bring me the mushrooms. I told her not to bother. The burger and fries were colder than when theyfirst came out. Ask about the manager again. She said there were two. Waited another 15 minutes. Went with a group of 7 people and a baby, very busy place, took 30 minutes to get seated, no problem. Host was great, Server... was great, some patrons left a bit to be desired. I would return anytime. Pay no attention to the crowds. Read more

When I walked into this restaurant yesterday I was immediately hit with a very distinct odor that could only be described as... bathroom/full diaper/colostomy bag. It was pretty noticeable but no one else in my party seemed to smell it. We sat in the backand the odor was not as noticeable, I only ate some chicken-based appetizers. The next thing I noticed was the waitress wearinglatex or vinyl gloves, but she probably didn't put a fresh pair on for each table. If she wore the same pair the whole time, shewas just spreading bacteria around. Pretty gross. At 4am last night I woke up with the worst abdominal pain that has not goneaway. Coincidence maybe but I'm not willing to give it another chance. I had to call off work, that's how bad I hurt. When Imentioned all this to some others today, they said they have seen disgusting things at this restaurant. The board of healthreally needs to inspect it, maybe there is something wrong with the plumbing, who knows, but I can't be confident in eating thefood here anymore. Read more
Our waiter was great. so were the apps and meal. The food was hot and we got in and seated fast. They have made... improvements. The only disappointing thing is the same thing I face at most chain restaurants their long islands have no liquor.I had to give exact quantities and names to get it made right. But when It came back It was still wrong very very wrong... Givepeople the liquor in their drinks if you have to charge more do it just make the drinks right. Read more

I went in for a special that had already expired. We decided to stay anyway , since we were there. It was not very busy. There... are many open tables and seats at the bar, we got seated right away.
