We visited Buffalo Wild Wings last Friday. My husband was really excited for lunch and thought that the food at this place was... great. However, his mood turned 180 because of the horrendous service. Everything started out great. The server (a lady whosename I forgot; we were seated at the booth closest to the counter) was not only inattentive but was also rude. We wereunderstanding at first because she had to attend to a big group of customer seated close to us. But after they left, she didn'tbother refill our drinks or check on us at all. Another gentleman server did. We were ready to pay and it took forever to waitfor our tab. So my husband and I decided to go up the counter to pay it. Even at the payment counter it literally took forever.The server? Unapologetic. Total letdown. Whatever appreciation we had for Buffalo Wild Wings food totally went down the drainall thanks to the horrible server. Read more
I came in a week ago and had a not so Great experience. I ended up calling a manager I believe he was the Store manager. He did... everything to fix my problems! Because of him I am now again at Buffalo wild wings a week later and Steve is my server. He'sgiving great service!! HE EVEN GAVE ME CARAMEL WITH MY CHEESE CURDS. I WORKED FOR BUFFALO WILD WINGS FOR 7 YEARS IN MICHIGAN ANDI RELIGIOUSLY GAVE IT TO EVERYONE WHO ORDERED THEM. BEST PART IS I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE TO ASK. Good food & atmosphere!! The mini corn dogs are on the kids menu but they are delicious even for adults! The Southwest Chicken... salad was very refreshing but the jalapeños are NOT pickled so... if you don't like spicy, BEWARE!! The burger was great aftera day on the water!! Read more
I normally like this franchise but the location not so much. My celery was stale with brown marks which means they have been... sitting for a long time. The wings were sub par not crispy and barely coated with Asian zing. Read more
This is a great Buffalo Wild Wings. They are short staffed and not full seating, but so is everyone else. I love that they stay... open late. Great place to watch NCAA. Read more

Y?all need to clean up the kitchen. Someone back there is burning wings!! I?m not the only review about burnt wings recently.... Terrible. U cooked the chicken off the bone! I spent $70 on this! I will have to go to corporate with this. I love theses wingsand your store has ruined them. North port wants good wings back! Read more
I ordered the chicken sandwich. My husband had the double cheeseburger. The service was adequate. Atmosphere was just very loud,... extremely loud. Uncomfortably loud. we waited 15 minutes for a table. We got our drinks fairly quickly. Food came out 15 minuteslater. The sandwich and the burger were good. The French fries were the worst I've ever had, they also did not give very many.Mozzarella sticks came out with the burger my sandwich came about 10 minutes later. At the end of the meal the waitress informedus that they only have contactless payments and asked for my phone number to forward my bill. I had planned to pay cash butInstead I had to spend an extra 5-10 minutes filling out name, address phone number credit card number expiration date etc. Tipwas already added in at 20%.
