Went through the drive through today to order a dozen donuts. To my surprise I was told they were all out of donuts. I said... you?re all out of donuts? He said very rudely we can?t control when we run out of donuts. Mind you after further research thislocation did not have donuts most of the day on Saturday. Many people complained about them on Facebook. Very rude and to be outof what you are known for and so rude when telling customers is horrific customer service. We will take our business to a betterdonut shop from here on out. Abbe?s is way better and way more friendly. Hope you all learn how to operate this store. I willnot be back. Read more

This is the worst Dunkin I?ve ever been to. They get my order wrong every single time I order there. Peach drink? They give... mango drink. One flavor munchkins? I get an assorted order. PLAIN toasted bagel? They give me a bagel covered in cream cheese.Get your s*** together. Read more

If I could give zero stars I would. This has to be the slowest, most incompetent Dunkin? Donuts I?ve ever been to. Literally... there will be three people in line and it takes 15 minutes per person. When it?s your turn to order they say ?I?ll be with youin a moment.? and then you literally have to wait eight or nine minutes for them to get back onto the screen to help you. Andthis is not even in the morning time so I don?t understand how they can be so busy? This is every day no matter what time yougo. And then you finally wait 15 minutes for them to tell you that they?re out of whatever you wanted. Such a waste of time andwaste of space?. go to Starbucks! Read more

Horrible. Took my online order, took my money, app said my order was fulfilled. Manager yelled at me when I came to the drive... thru that I should have known that the store was closing and to come back tomorrow for my coffee. No refund, no apologies. Aprinted sign on the drive thru and the window. The whole experience was unreal. Read more

Would give a zero if possible! I have ordered the Sourdough breakfast sandwich several times. After the first time I ordered... the sandwich, I started to request "toasted dark" in order to get the sandwich "toasted" i even went as far as to report theproblem to DD headquarters Case #09957748. The idiots responding to the case number kept asking for the same information 3times. I sent them the requested information 3 X. Corporate told me that someone would reach out to me from the store. Noresponse! I even replied to DD customer support letting them know I didn't receive a call from the store. No response fromCorporate! Look at the receipt and resulting sandwich. It comes as no surprise to me as to how many poor reviews people have left for this location. Not only is the line HORRENDOUS... every single day, this location can hardly get our order right. We come to this location as frequent customers but that willsoon be coming to an end. I order the same drink every time, a strawberry dragon fruit refresher with green tea (light greentea) and a bagel with cream cheese. When receiving my order via drive thru, the drink that was handed to me was absolutelywatered down and there was NO cream cheese on my bagel. I pull around front to go inside to have my order corrected, which thestaff proceeded to look at me like I had 5 heads. A young girl had the audacity to say " well when I make my refreshers I alwaysadd tons of flavor" with a snarky attitude. The lady at the register took my bagel, placed it on the counter where money ishandled and proceeded to walk to the back. Thinking that she was correcting my order with a new bagel, she comes back to thefront with a plastic knife and tries to smear a giant glob of cream cheese on my now already cold bagel. She copped an attitude,angrily crumpled the bagel in the bag and scoffed " I guess you're getting a new bagel". Not only is the customer service sopoor, they NEVER have the most popular items in stock. How are you going to advertise a product and not have a back supplyknowing it is one of the most if not THE most popular item on the menu. I have been trying to order a pumpkin spice muffin for Idon't know how long now to which I have given up on at this point. This may have been a long review, but everything is true.Today I ordered a hot chocolate which was handed to me with liquid dripping off the side of the cup with no napkins. If I can give a zero I would. My family and I will never dine in or out of this location ever again. We went through the drive... thru and when I checked our order we were missing a wrap we paid for. I went inside with what we were given and my receipt. Iwas very polite and explained I was missing a wrap and showed them my receipt. When I tell you the staff was very rude andunprofessional that would be an understatement. Only one young lady took the time to listen, look at the receipt, and agree wewere missing the wrap we ordered. One young man who was working the window told the girl making the wrap "If it were me"....then a minute later he made another comment "Where's my food"... I had my kids with me so of course I stood calm and very politeeven thanking them for making the wrap and we went on our way. My family and I will make the drive to the new location goingtowards Venice even though we would be going out of our way. This location doesn't deserve my business nor my money. Thislocation needs a serious overhaul on employees as well as management. Read more

*edited review 9/15* Convient location. The screen on the outside is blurry so it is a little hard to read the menu when... ordering. Occasionally drinks are made incorrectly but are usually on par and delicious. Always fast and friendly. *edit portionas well as stars: service has been terrible lately and not efficient. My previous mobile order took forever to be completed,(they had no hot coffee going or started at all yet). I had to wait a long time for them to brew my coffee because they didn'tsee it on my order till after everything else was made and cooked. The munchkin box wasn't even made correctly either. Cometoday a few days after the last mishap and once again order mobile. The order wasn't all fully there, realize that, so I go backin, they announce the rest of my order so I grab it. Get home with it just to find out they missed the FIRST sandwich on myorder. I tried calling the store to let them know and figure something out so I wasn't just losing money, but the line goesstraight to voice-mail. (Not even a ring, straight to their "leave a message after the beep for...) This location could be greatbut they really need to get their employees better at handling a fast paced work environment with multiple orders at once. Read more
