Although, the pizza is good the customer service is not. I called to have pizza delivered to my house today. Keep in mind it was... delivered last week with no issues and the lady that answered phone took my phone number and just sat there till I said myaddress is and then she stopped me and said yeah I know what your address is but you are outside our delivery area ( I am 3miles from them). Fairly quick but I ordered a Greek salad specifically and paid more for the dressings and didn?t get any dressing.
We have been going to the North Port Marcos for a long time. Yesterday we picked up a pizza and it was the worst we ever had. ... The sauce tasted different and the amount was low. The crazy cut on the pizza was odd several giant cuts and then tiny cuts. Not sure what's going on but we heard it's under new management. I ordered 1 original crust and 1 thick crust for the first time today and it will 100% become my "to go to pizza place" from... now on. Pizzas were Hot and delicious!!! Ordered for pick up, it took about 35min and they were ready!!! Thanks to the staff... Read more
Place has gone down hill since new ownership my last pizza wasn't even cut
It is November 25th at 8:46.. I walked in to order a pizza not only was the guy at the counter brewed but him and another woman... were carrying on about customers and splitting a pizza in half and he said it was too time-consuming and they were cussing thewhole time and then he literally asked her if he can argue with the customer fight and she said no I'll get a complaint and thenthey just started causing more like I wasn't even there..
