Ordered a pizza online. Showed up 20 mins later after the app shows done. Walk in and they state just a few mins. 7 mins later I... ask again and they state we just put it in. Never order delivery from this place. Just choose literally any other place. We live about a 7 minute drive away. We ordered 1... pizza, and the estimated time they gave us was 55-65 minutes. Not only did it not arrive after 55 minutes (which is already along time to wait for a pizza), we were alerted that they didn't leave the store until after 55 minutes. After that, the timerthen changed and estimated ANOTHER 20-30 minutes for delivery. It did not arrive until over 50 minutes later. In total, almost 2hours. For 1 pizza. From a place less than 10 minutes away. Just go somewhere else. If you do order from here, expect 1 hour forprep, and 1 hour for delivery. Read more
Ordered 10 piece chicken nugs and got 30 micro-pieces instead- no meat, only breading. I can?t believe anyone would package this... and think it?s acceptable. Called the store and a gentleman claiming to be the manager essentially gave me a ?that sucks?response. They said they cannot give refund but if I want I can go and pick up new order of 10 piece nuggets. No thank you :). Read more
I walked in exactly at closing time, but the gentleman still offered to take my order, and made the best pizza I have had in a... long time! I ordered a chicken, olive, and green pepper pizza and it was just right! Lightly crispy on the bottom, with a fluffyand flavorful dough, with just the right amount of toppings to satisfy each bite! Horrible horrible service. Pizza arrived well over an hour late, once I called asking where it was, the manager on call informed... that all staff had walked out and there were no more delivery drivers left for the night so the order had to then be sentthrough DoorDash. Manager was then being skeptical on continuing the order through DoorDash and skeptical on allowing a refund.Delivery finally came and the order was wrong. Their staffing issues are horrendous, might as well shut down the shop. Read more
I thought Dominos in Gaithersburg was bad until I just switched to papa johns. My pizza just arrived after an hour via "door... dash" yes door dash. The driver texted me and told me to come down and get it. Well I did, not in a hot bag, in his trunk! Stonecold. Called Sam the manager and he said well they use them cause they're short of drivers. So obviously they have no way ofkeeping the pizza hot so out of trunk delivery I guess is next best. The pizza was in such a mess I just tossed it down my trashshoot. I hope the driver enjoys his delivery charge and the gratuity I added as it will be my last order. Read more
