Horrible Customer Service. My wife went to pick up the food today and got yelled at by the lady at the front. Sure we were over... an hour late to pick up but we are the customer. She shouldn't get yelled at because we were late to pick up the food weordered. Something urgent came up and we couldn't pick up right away. Absolutely terrible. This is not how you do business withpeople... We will never order from here again. Come here if you want to get yelled at for mediocre food. Read more

I am completely disgusted. This is supposed to be General tsos chicken. I've eaten a LOT of chicken and I can tell you for a... fact that this is NOT chicken. I don't know what the hell it really is and I'm honestly a bit disturbed. I've seen reviewssaying that they saw employees catching seagulls. Sooooo ignorant when i first called everything was all good i asked for chopsticks she said ok mind u im in a new apartment and... dnt have utensils yet . then she said how u paying i said debit she said oh no our machine not working then i said i have actedit card n she took that but how when u use the same machine for both debit n credit ? Then she didnt ask if i wanted toleave a tip she demamded a tip she said how much u giving for a tip .lol i gave $2 so i got my food n there was no chopsticks orforks i called back n told the girl n she argued with the girl n she kept telling me she sent them i told her no u didnt n theywas yelling about it so i hung up its terrible customer service n for the price of there food its not great Read more
