Went inside first mistake. They left me in line for ten mins to be order with only one lady in front of me and my daughter. Then... after ten mins I make it to the counter and she's doing mobile orders rather then take mine. Today this morning I had came off working a double at the hospital and I only wanted a coffee and some food a woman in a blue... shirt working the drive thru was very rude to me because her co worker forget to put something in my bag. I kindly moved up sothe other cars can get they order and instead of asking me nicely to move to the front so they can give me my food that theyforgotten she pokes her head out the window and proceeded to yell at me like I am a child, then she started talking about me andpointing at my car with the next car behind me. I had never had a bad problem here until then and that women mad me never wantto go back with the embarrassing way she handled my customer care so sad no a days when hospitality is out the window ???? Workers are great unless you happen to be served by the stoned manager. Very unprofessional rude and just an angry person. Which... I always found odd cuz if I was stoned all day everyday I'd be a very happy person. And never ever tell her that she made yourcoffee wrong unless you're ready for an episode of When Karen's Attack. Just swallow your pride and tell her you must have gaveher the wrong order. Must suck waking up going to a job you hate everyday because she clearly does.. other then that greatplace. Read more
OMG!! This is my first time going to this dunkin I normally go to 259 putman pike location but everytime I go there they mess up... my order or the coffee is burnt or they are rude and slow. So today I decided to try this one and WOW am I surprised they wereso busy line to the road and I wasn?t even in the line for 5 mins they are so fast and both the lady taking my order and the oneat the window was so fantastic and so nice. Everything from the coffee and sandwiches and donuts were fresh. I think I found mynew dunkin!! I don?t mind driving 12 mins out of my way for fresh coffee and good customer service. Read more
I didnt think it was possible to get a breakfast sandwich THAT fast. The particular location is super friendly and has the best... little design and displays. The people are really nice and everyone knows what they are doing. I wasent ready for my sandwich.Haha Read more
