Ordered fries MADE TO ORDER, two times they gave me stale fries. The employees smirked as they?re handing the fries to me the... second time, spoke to Jason the manager and told him the situation, gave me new fries and that is all. No customer service atall. Simple task couldn?t be met. Read more

Service is fall too slow. They all seem not to care. I've saw at least 2 people wear crocs there while working with the... frialators I've even witnessed one of the older ladies in the back at there warming station eating food from directly from it.No one seems to know how to run the front counter. I never met a less friendly or less appreciative staff member in my life. I always do mobile orders and tonight there was a... glitch with the internet in the area and every time I tried to sign in to make an order, it kept kicking back to the messageabout the internet and an unsecure connection. I had to order at the drive thru. Along with the other things I ordered was thefree fries with a purchase. When I got to the pay window she charged me for the fries. She wouldn't let me use that offerbecause I couldn't pull up the code. That wasn't my fault and I showed her the offer on the homepage. When I said I wasn'tpaying for a free item she actually took them out of the bag and threw them away, I hope seeing that I special ordered themwith no salt and I had the bag in my hands. I think it's pretty sad that she'd rather throw them away rather than honoring thepromotion you have posted on the homepage. With everything going on in the world today a little kindness goes a long way. Ithink what she did was truly unnecessary and showed no sign of customer appreciation. All I can say is her actions made medecide to stop spending my hard earned money at McDonald's when other fast food chains appreciate their customers. She can keepher 2.00 order of fries. Oh and btw, only because she was so rude I could've said something to p**s her off but it was just tooeasy. I know I won't be getting a response or reply from anyone at your organization but I just want you to know she givesMcDonald's a bad name. McDonald's is a charitable organization so it should apply to all areas of operation. She wasn't verycharitable at ALL. Read more

There was a very nice woman with blonde dreads and then we encountered a heavy set woman with glasses that was giving us our... order who also gave us an attitude. They messed up on our order so we were trying to get it straight. The woman went back andforth about how much we had to pay for that and for an extra cup. Then she said okay I'll just give you the extra sandwich forfree since they messed up and then she said she couldn't give it to us for free because it was part of a sale. We understoodthat but would have appreciated a better demeanor. We asked for a receipt and she went around kind of making it sound like itwas going to be a big mission to do so. After waiting another minute we said it was okay cuz we had to go and drove off. Itwasn't a pleasant experience and then what was worse was our sandwiches tasted like rock hard. Read more

I have never met a more rude and unprofessional staff member in my life since i have been patronizing mc Donald's. Theres a lady... here called JAYDA (red hair, green eyes). She was so so rude and nasty to me for no reason. Im visiting from the UK (London) andthe experience i had here today really marred my experience of rhode island. I came in and placed my order politely and thisstaff Jayda immediately had an attitude like she had known me before! She eyed me down and had a nasty attitude, when i askedhow long my order would take so i can wait she answered me so rudely and said (whenever! You get it whenever!) and walked away.When i received the order, i realized the fries were cold and i asked if i could pls get hot fries, Jayda snatched the fries outof my hand aggressively, eyed me down again and walked away! I was so so shocked! I asked her if there was a problem and sheimmediately started yelling and using foul language and saying to her colleagues, ?who is this girl talking to?, ?who is shetalking to? ?you better not be talking to me? and they all started laughing! It was so unbelievable and so surreal! I couldn'tbelieve what i was experiencing and seeing with my two eyes!! I demanded to speak to the manager who goes by the nameCHRISTOPHER and he came out handled the situation very poorly, he didn't reprimand her atall, even though he heard her yellingat me! All he did was change the fries and told her to change the fries next time lol. I mean this is a Manager who was supposeto de - escalate the situation and talk to his staff not to treat a customer in that manner. It was solely about changing thefries, it was her attitude in general! Imagine her yelling at me a customer. While this went on i met a customer there who i gottalking to and he said to me everyone knows that particular staff to have a bad attitude and that he has had several encounterswith her and nothing was done about it.
