Bought many take out dinners on Easter Sunday the steak meal was terrible, looked like a very bad cut of meat, as well as... uncooked, dry, tough, and had a very terrible taste, could not eat it. This meat should not of been served. Called to speak toowner about the quality of the steak. Actually stopped there while still on the phone. Was told it was my problem. Had it inthe car to show him. They do not stand behind there food. This is unbelievable. Going there for years, once a week and everyholiday. Food has been declining. But this, he just didn't care. Especially on a such a holy holiday. This place needs a lessonfrom his customers, no second chances after being a loyal customer and told it is my problem. It is your food, you are the cook,if you want to serve garbage like that expect this review. You charged top money for food, and that is what is expected. Takeresponsibility for a bad meal. You should be ashamed of yourself, serving meals and treating people like this. My friends toldme that your place is going downhill. Wait till I tell them it hit bottom. The worst fish and chips I have ever seen. The few chips I had were oily and tiny. The fish had zero flavor. The other dishes we... order were just as bad. We had mistakenly ordered from this place thinking it was santoro. Stay away, save your money. We spent$106 if I had a fish sandwich from McDonalds would have been better. Read more
