Extremely frustrating experience. I can understand behind understaffed, but this was just ridiculously unorganized. We ordered a... large pizza and two kids meals. This whole time the phone was continuously ringing off the hook extremely loudly throughout thewhole restaurant. We asked if it could be lowered or something if they weren?t going to be answering it, but I guess itcouldn?t. We heard other people complaining about it, and one employee say he was going to smash it to pieces if it keptringing. It?s something you don?t realize is extremely annoying until you experience it. Anyway, after about an hour of waitingand listening to the phone ring over and over, and only receiving 1 out of the two kids meals we asked to cancel the rest ofour order. She said it would just be a couple more minutes for the pizza and brought a box for the rest of the kids meal. Wewaited about 25 more minutes before leaving the money for the kids meal and a tip and leaving. During this time, we watchedanother table spill one of their drinks and ask for someone to grab them paper towels to clean it up. No one ever came. Theteenage busser working there literally had this lady standing in the walkway for 15 minutes while they were just standing theredoing nothing. Great pizza. Literally perfectly cooked crispy thick fresh cheese with high quality toppings. Red sauce has rich flavor. I... know the rest of the menu is solid but I've never tried anything besides the pizza. Read more
I've gone to Twins my whole life. They're pizza is always amazing, and I'm grateful it's stayed the same. Wish I could grab a... full square more often! If you haven't been, you're missing out. Recommend getting medium well!!! Read more
Guy who served us was very friendly. Very happy with the rhode island style traditional pizza. Also had a bunch of Italian stuff... that was tasty as well - the chicken parm, spaghetti and lasagna we ordered were made just right. Would come here again Read more
Walked in to order 2 cheese slices and a small order of fries. Waited 20 minutes?. (First red flag) watched the women behind the... counter struggle to stay organized with orders both incoming and outgoing. The phone was ringing off the hook mainly beingignored due to the employees losing orders. Watched a grub hub delivery driver become frustrated over his lost order and thelist goes on. Needless to say I won?t be returning. Horrible pizza fries are dry to the bone. Wasn?t worth the wait. Amy?s hasbetter frozen pizza in the grocery store. TRUST ME!!! Read more
BOBBY DEL. I ordered a Twins special small pizza medium done and when my boyfriend picked up for me it was very burnt. I called... and woman who answered phone apologized and offered to replace it but as I had no way of returning said she would pull the slipand next pizza would be no charge. Previous pizza was excellent. Mistakes happen at all restaurants and they always offer torectify it. I've tried pizza hut, tomato city and pizza came burnt also and cost was $18. Twins special small is only $12.50.Well worth the price. Read more
Twins Pizza has some of the best pizza on the state of Rhode Island. On its own its very good, but order it extra well done... and it's superb! Always a great treat. Nothing better. It is Sicilian style though which is a square pizza but it's what I'vealways grown up with and it's excellent to this day. Read more
Best in the extended area and worth the trip! Stop by the bar in the back for a local treat. Even better than 35 years ago!
