Something I have noticed personally is that the slots are hit or miss. So you go in with X amount you will lose without being... unhappy. If you lose it, head over just up the street and those are friendly. Or vice versa. Don't know why it's like that forme but it is. I'd also like it if you could get drinks easier (coke, coffee etc as I don't drink alcohol. Otherwise, it's aoverall good time. Read more
Was okay but I don't gamble. I just enjoyed the scenery. Everybody working at the casino were very courteous and sensitive to... the fact that I have a service dog. More accommodating than other places I have visited. Thank you. Read more
This is my favorite Cleveland region casino. It's just very unique and very nice/well kept. You can't get the same atmosphere... anywhere else around. A must visit if you are in the area. I even enjoy the smoking areas here. Read more

Went to the Ohio Derby at thisledowns.i love when you can sit inside or walk and be outside right by the jockeys trainers and... owners. You can get autographs goggles from jockeys talk to them be up close take pictures with them...that makes a great daywhether you win or loose it's enjoyable. Nice bathrooms and eating places and nice service. You can play the slots as well inthe casino. No table games though. Read more
Love the Racino...food is great, tons of different slots to choose from, great drinks, i had some concerns about my Club Jack... Card, at which the friendly staff promptly addressed and took the time to explain. Great atmosphere, safe parking. This maysound silly, but i get an exhilarating feeling as soon as i pass through the doors here, the sights and sounds are veryaesthetically pleasing- i play to have fun...and its easy to have fun here! ??????? Jacks Casino is my favorite place to go solo! Thistledown and Jacks Cleveland casino, are definitely a must go when you are... looking for an exciting time and lots of promotions for members so, there is always something different going on, as well as,take part in just by earning comps. The more you play the more comps you get and the more rewards. Your players card keeps goingup to different levels and at certain levels you even get a promotional Cruise! Jacks has so much to offer. And it is even funto bring someone along and enjoy the music sometimes, they have great food that you can pay for with your comps and it is just agreat atmosphere. The people who work there are top notch and I always walk away whether I win or lose like a winner because younever lose entirely because of all the benefits. Read more
