Okay this is my spot!!!!???????????? The owner from back in the day he's had other restaurants and every place that he has... owned has always been my go to for good food????????????and now he's here.... I moved back to Cleveland from Kentucky and justhappened to pass by and decided to stop because of the name???? I ordered the pork chop sandwich 4 of them the bread had theseeds on it which I was really amazed and it was ???????? however I went back the next day and it was just a regular wheat breadboo! boo! boo! boo! boo???? however Pork chops were Delicious ???? again, however, one of my pork chops was really really small????and was disappointed in that however something small but this place is actually Phenomenal ?? the food is cooked perfectlyand it is ???? The only thing is he is not always open I went back a 3rd day and he was closed???? then I went back another dayhe was closed???? again so the consistency with the store being open is? Maybe because the business is minimal a lot of peopledon't realize this is a place with excellent food but I don't think a lot of people know about it hopefully this review willreach hundreds of people and he can stay open and be open every day but if that happens I'll have to wait in long lines???? butoh well at least they'll have plenty of business and they can remain ???? open.....Blessings?????????? I will NOT be back. Took 45 minutes at least for my food to be ready, only 1 guy is operating the entire business, I was charged... for Mac and cheese I didn't even get, the okra is soggy and stringy, and I asked for seasoned salt on my fries and nothing. Thechicken is VERY tasteless. A WASTE of $13. Let's hope the pork chops taste better since that's what it's allegedly known for. Read more
This was my very first time eating at this restaurant. It was very clean and I was greeted very warming. Bailey was very nice... and he was patient in helping me decide what I wanted to try. There is plenty of variety and prices are really reasonable. Thechop were tender and the mac n' cheese as well as the candied yams were great as well. I got a $5 meal special which includes 3junior chops, 2 mini sides (which also serves as their $1 sides), and 3 pieces of bread as picture below (with the exception ofthe other 2 chops & bread).
