Got there at 0255, sat at the menu board for a few minutes before pulling around to the window. Got to watch the dude inside... clean a grill for a few minutes before he acknowledged me and told me they closed at 0300. They close at 0400 according to theapp and Google. Not a great service. First they said they are taking orders only for Doordash and Uber. I place doordash pickup and when i went... to pickuo after 5 minutes they started taking normal order then they screwed up my order. So I told them its a wrong they saidno that comes like this. I said no your menu doesn?t say like this. They changed it and give me all dry with rice and chickenonly. They haven?t put any cheese and sauce in it. Read more
The worst Taco Bell.. I pulled up to give my order on 06/28/22 @10pm.. The workers was in the parking lot.. and telling all the... customers they are taking online orders only. The problem I have with that.. you in the parking lot with about 7 of therefriends.. with the mic on your ear and turning customers away.. I will be reporting this to corporate. We've always liked Taco Bell, and ate there at least twice a week or more. I even worked there as a teenager. The food is good,... but it's best eaten there, or in your car right after you get it, because it gets cold fast and doesn't travel well or reheatvery well. My main issue is... once again.. inside the restaurant.. YOU HAVE TO RING UP YOUR OWN MEAL!! I REALLY HATE THAT!!Since they made that change, we haven't eaten there as often as we use to. This place is slow as hell. What is going on i seen employees just walking around on the phone and three people pulled to the... side. I was waiting on a chicken quesadilla thats its and took 25 mins. Three cars waiting on food no line either. Read more
My tacos were so greasy it's crazy how management let employees give people their food I ordered hard taco's all the grease... made them soft taco's poor management. No one should get their food this greasy. Read more
Staying at a motel down the street. They have a sign saying open for breakfast. So stopped by at 9:45 am. The workers were... inside but just said nahh we ain?t open. Later that night I went through the drive thru and then they told me they were all outof food. I said in that whole Taco Bell you don?t even have rice or beans to throw in a bowl? They said fine I could get a riceand bean burrito. I asked for 3. They said no. You can have 2. I then get to the window to pay. And they say cash only we don?ttake card. Read more
