Love this place! It's got to be the best, most consistent breakfast spot on the island. I eat here every trip. Corn beef hash is... spot on and a ton of food. Pecan waffle with a side of bacon (see pic) was also delicious and could probably be shared. Staffis wonderful - efficient and attentive. Food arrives super quick and prices are super fair. Oh and the coffee is actually verygood! Not the typical hot brown water others serve. Thanks FP for being what a breakfast spot should be (I know you do more thanthat too). The place was pretty empty at 7:30 on a Thursday. Our waitress was super friendly. Food was good and came quickly. It was also... reasonably priced considering it?s a beach town. I had eggs Benedict, and it came with a lot of hash browns. My husband had abreakfast sandwich on a bagel and was impressed. My 3 year old had a pancake w egg. All portions were large. Looked packed but they sat us right away! We are a family of 6 so i understand sometimes thats tough during busy hours. They... were quick to get our drinks and order in. They recommended new foods that my kids ended up loving. Great place. Fast paced.Breakfast was amazing and i bet we make it back again before our vacation is over. I had high hopes for this restaurant, but was quite disappointed. Service was slow and inattentive. Food was average at best for... a restaurant joint. My order was made incorrectly and there was no attempt to compensate for it. Prices were average to slightlyhigh. There is a better breakfast joint just a short drive north. The outdoor seating isn't very comfortable nor relaxing aspeople are always walking by you in a tight space. Read more
My fiancé and I decided to give Frog Pond a try while vacationing in the North Reddington/Clearwater area. What an excellent... decision. Our food tasted amazing and the portions were unbelievably large. We had so much food leftover that we took more withus than we ate. We will be back every year when we visit. Read more
The staff couldn't have been nicer. Such a delight. The cinnamon roll french toast was amazing! Biscuits and gravy were just... okay. Maybe slightly old biscuits since we went shortly before closing. Also, there is Frog decor everywhere. For what it'sworth. Read more
The food was incredible and the serving portions were amazing. I feel like the food came out quickly and hot Our server was... very friendly, as were all the staff. We had eight people in our party and our server was not only able to take every orderwithout writing it down, but she delivered the orders to all the right people! Personally, I was impressed. It's definitely aplace you don't want to miss out on, just make sure you come hungry and ready to eat! Read more
