Absolutely ridiculous. I just drove home from a 9 hour trip. It was 9:30 and I just wanted something to eat so I chose the... burgerking closest to my house. When I pulled in the 2 employees at the counter stared me down and when I got to the orderwindow they turned off the lights and hid in the kitchen. I surely won't be back. It's a shame because it's so close to my houseand I've always stopped when I needed a quick lunch. 9:30 on a Wednesday smh. Read more
Ordered over the App on 9/23. I went through the drive thru to pick up my order at 6:39PM to find that they were closing for the... day. I let the staff member that came to the drive thru window know that an order was placed. He said he was aware but they weretold to clise and throw all if the food way and that the restaurant was having an inspection the next day! The manager did nitcome to the window but I was told that they could not help me with a refund. After a long day I drive off with no food, norefund and a hungry kid. After calling my bank to dispute the transaction and BK Corp the funds were returned to my account. Idon't know iw what is going on at this location with inspections and all but I don't think I will be back if they reopen. Read more
Although they weren't too busy, they forgot to give me my medium fries that I ordered with my meal, and so I went back up and... they told me that they would make it in a second, and that I could just sit down and they will call me back up....they neverbothered doing so and 2 other people just came in, ordered and left with their food... And each order I saw...had fries... Sooothanks for forgetting one of your customers.... other than that service was okay, and food was okay. Entire place looked cleanthough. Nice job. Read more

Upon arrival craving a milk shake, we pulled into a almost empty parking lot. Walked in to the cashier sitting at a table... playing on his phone. He saw us and went to the register. Ordered a Famous whopper meal for my Son. Then i ordered the $5 dollarspecial that is advertised on the big screen. Cashier without name tag on said they don't offered that anymore. I asked for themanager, she also didn't have a name tag on she said that they don't offer anymore, and rudely said that we will not honor itand we will not give it to you. She was very strict and rude. I advise anyone not to come to this location other locations likearound Burleson are amazing. We asked for the money back for my son's meal and took a picture of what we are talking about toshare with you the public. This place is a nightmare I've been here a couple times and have always had a bad experience I wasgoing to try one more time because they're down the street from my house. Slightly disappointed, they were out of a lot of stuff, the fountain machine had practically nothing and they seemed to have... forgotten my order ( I was the only one inside at the time) and when I went to ask about it the same kid that took my order askif he could take my order again. Don't do it. Ice cold food. Door locked at sun set. Somehow it was burnt. Tasted like old fish. Ill post a pic of how sad it... was. A whopper shouldn't look like a small mcd reg burger. If it doesn't crawl out of the trash and run off ill post apic inthe morning. Read more
