Love the customer service here! My husband was having a rough day so I ordered pizza to be delivered to his job to cheer him up.... I placed the order online. I then called this location and asked if they could write ?you are loved? on the box. They did evenbetter! Todd cheered up my husband with doing a turkey dance, telling a joke and giving him free Cinnabons!! They definitelywent above and beyond and I am so appreciative of their extra efforts! Read more
We had an issue with our order. I called in and the manager made it right immediately. Great setvice.
TERRIBLE SERVICE EXPERIENCE. Ordered with a 65-75 minute delivery estimate. Tracker never showed updates. Called after 75... minutes. Was told it was out for delivery. Called again after not delivered. Manager claimed they were swamped, said he called &left message, but he actually did not. Order was never made. Had to cancel for a refund. Completed corporate feedback form,never received a reply after one week. Read more
Very friendly staff. Clean. Quick. Forgot my icing for my cinna sticks. 3/22/22 pizza was good, but my bbq chicken pizza, the... green bell peppers were completely burnt. Sad. I paid extra for those. I ended up picking them off. Read more
I live very close to this location, so I am inclined to give them several opportunities to get right, just once. Order online to... pick up three time. I an not exagerating when I say I had to wait each time because they had to remake my order. The last timewas the cheesey marinara with the parmesean bread bites. So I get home and the pizza was not what I ordered...I assumed theycould that right.... My fault!! I should have checked it.... So online is down right now... with an invitation to call in yourorder.... I've was on hold the first time 5 minutes and 45 seconds... While writing this I thought I would call again. It hasnow been 11 minutes and 15 seconds. The website says they are open. This proves how incompetent this location is. It is byfar the worst Dominoes location I have ever experienced. I wish I could give zero stars. This was the worst pizza experience we have ever had. The Dominos tracker said they were quality... checking the pizza for 15 minutes? What a joke! The crust on the thin pizza was burned as were the banana peppers. The Brooklynstyle looked as if they stretched a small pizza to make it bigger? And failed miserably. It was over cooked, as well. This leadsme to believe we did not get the correct Brooklyn style pizza. The pizzas were NOT WARM AT ALL upon arrival. I guess I shouldhave preheated my oven when I placed the order in preparation? Such a disappointing experience for everyone. A grocery storepizza from the frozen section would have been a better choice in retrospect. These pizzas literally left a bad taste in ourmouths. Do not waste your money here. This establishment obviously doesn?t care about the quality of food they serve. Followup: I emailed customer care as instructed to after my review, but still have not received a response. What kind of service isthat? Ordered on a Friday noon, and after seeing the bad reviews decided to try it out. I walk in, and I only see a single employee I... didn?t check a name, but he has long dreads type hairstyle. . But he?s very kind and nice, and transacted my order veryprofessionally. Good parking lot, clean area on the inside. This place is great. There doing what they can, and doing itwell.
