We just ordered two glazed donuts, which had something on them with an awful burnt soap taste. I went back to the store and... stood in the lobby for 5 minutes trying to get the attention of the three employees, but they just ignored me to focus on thedrive thru. Dunking used to be my go to place for donuts, bit ut seems their quality has gone down. Boston Cream isn't what it used to be.

I have been to this location 10 times and this is my last. I have never had a good experience since it has been opened. From... undercooked muffins and having to walk out after being the only person waiting in line for 10 minutes to be told that I will beright with you and continued to assist the drive through only. I do not understand why the Texas locations cannot have the sameservice as the north eastern locations. I am disappointed with Dunkin. Read more

Ordered thru mobile app and didn't get what I asked for. When I questioned my drink order before I drove off, I was told they... did exactly what I asked. Not true.
