Came here for my first time this morning to try it out and OMG!!! To start, I absolutely love the variety of drinks they offer.... The customer service was great too. I don?t know who helped me this morning but she seemed very happy and had a great smile onher face the whole time she helped me. Enough to have a positive impact on my morning! I have been coming to this location since the first day it opened. I met Lisette the first day and ever since then we have been... friends. She and several other workers know my name and my drink. I always get the same drink. I will always come here for thereservice and friendliness. They are amazing. Even though Lisette is leaving to go to another Dutch Bros. I will still be cominghere. The coffee is alright but overpriced. I asked for no ice and then they tried to charge double without explaining why first. They... offered easy ice so the extra 3.99 charge was taken off then proceeded to give me a cup full of ice. Also the dude that took ourorder only had a Spanish menu he couldn't even read himself. Love having one of our favorite stops in the PNW here in DFW! As with most new shops that already have a following, the lines... can be really long. We usually skip the drive thru and walk up to order. Either way, you get great drinks and super friendlyservice! Golden Eagle is probably the most popular drink but, if you're not a caramel fan, try the 9-1-1(Irish Cream!) or DoubleTorture (Cocoa). The flavored teas are refreshing, too. Welcome to Texas, Bros! This coffee is really good. The way the brew the beans is amazing because it's not a nasty bitter cigarette taste like a kit of... other coffee places. I just went to the N. Richland Hills location on Rufe Snow. This is their opening week. I've never had Dutch Bros before so this... is my first experience. I ordered a White Chocolate Dutch Cocoa (hot chocolate). It tasted great! There were at least fouremployees waiting in the drive-thru area to take orders. My person was very friendly & quick taking the order. I will definitelybe back. Side note: They do ask if you would like to tip. In my case I told her $1.00. I watched her accidentally hit the $2.00option. I do not believe this was intentional & I did not bring this to her attention. Just mentioning it for training purposes. Read more
My mom's and my first time going, it was pretty good and the lady that came out to take our order was very helpful and the lady... that made the order and took the money was very sweet.
