Between the locations in the area. (Rufe Snow location is much better) This particular location just has trouble finding good... help. If you like LC pizza, just look for a different location. Ordered a stuffed crust pizza and cheesy bread for delivery andreceived a regular hot and ready. Tried to call and wasn't able to get to someone. I called their corporate spoke to someone andthey offered a refund. Which I never got. I tried calling agian to follow up and I kept getting the run around. Honestly notworth the time for an $9 pizza. I'm sure they do this often in hopes of people leaving it alone. I was being honest, I did get apizza. Just not what I ordered. Love the new thin crust and even though it says it is available as hot and ready it never is. The 10 minute wait is worth it to... get it super hot and fresh. Did not catch the dudes name but he was rocking it all alone tonight while 3 coworkers were smokingoutside. Read more

I think I am finally done with this location. I have given them many, many chances. Too many times I received the email that the... pizza was ready and I arrive just to find out it isn't even in the oven. The last few times I waited 15 minutes after receivingthe email and it still wasn't ready. I usually wait seeing they are short staffed and are trying to keep up. Tonight, they werefully staffed. It was the first time I requested a refund and left. Really sad because my kids like the pizza but I just can'tkeep doing it. They need to not send the email that the pizza is ready until it is actually ready. Read more

Ordered pizza arrived in good time, but no drink, again. This will be the third time they have delivered with no drink and you... can't call the store, if you orders online they give you an 877 call center number noone rbrt answers I ate my entire pizza withno drink on hold till after finishing pizza drove up there to get my drink... Normally, 4-5 stars. Today? No. Ordered online for carryout. Whoever made these pizzas needs to be retrained. All topping... should not be piled in the middle. Pepperoni pizza fell apart. Cheesy bread was good. Read more
