I have been ordering from this locations for a couple of years for lunch and never had a complaint until the last two time I... have ordered. Today I ordered a McAlisters Club and it had paper mixed with the meat and was very dry and lot less meat thenbefore. The last time I order a veggie potato and it had no cheese and very dry. This location quality is going downhill. I donot recommend this location until they get a better cook. Read more
Our church went as a large group after Sunday night service. McAlister's was well staffed and ready for us. Their team members... worked hard and had good attitudes in dealing with a very busy Sunday night crowd. Thank you for your hospitality. Read more
This was my first time going to McAlister's. I had the bacon avocado sandwich and the cucumber and tomato salad. Both were made... very well. I also had the McAlister's tea half sweet and half unsweet. It was a very good lunch for the price point I paid Iwill definitely go back again. Read more
Chose the choose two and ordered the roast beef with horseradish. I received a ham with mustard. On the plus side, they did... include the spinach on the sandwich that I requested. We received the requested pickles that are usually left out. The food isgood, but the orders are rarely 100% correct. Read more
Really great variety of sandwiches and they taste very fresh. Had the club sandwich - or a version of it - and I felt full but... not overwhelmed after. It had just the right amount of ingredients. I got this orange cranberry club sandwich. It was delicious. I also got the Mac N cheese, which was delicious as well. I also... got a bite of the harvest chicken salad which was better than the sandwich. Got an unsweet tea to drink. I went with a group. Walking in the restaurant was clean, we was not welcomed in. The cashier was nice, they all was actually. The order did nottake long at all, there was 10 of us in the group. The restaurant was clean also. Will definitely be back. Read more
My wife went to pick up our online order. She had to wait 10 minutes to receive service even after being in line and having... other customers helped before her who had arrived after her. Her order was ready behind the counter. After finally getting ourorder and getting home, our sour cream was missing from our baked potato AND our pickles were missing even though wespecifically selected them to be included (this location ALWAYS does this).
