I?m in town from Colorado visiting family for the weekend and was having trouble finding food that wasn?t just meat meat meat... and my sister in law recommended this place. I got the Salmon Panang and Pad Kee Mow w/tofu and wow?seriously sooooooooo good.The salmon was crunchy on top and tender on the inside and I appreciated how they adjusted the spice level in the curry so itwasn?t too spicy. I got a side of brown rice to go with it but didn?t even use the rice because the curry was just so good. Thevegetable tasted like they had been marinating in the curry for hours; it was just so delicious. The Pad Kee Mow dish was alsoreally flavorful; the tomatoes are always my favorite part of this dish and these soaked up all the flavor from the sauce of thedish and again, so yummy. Never judge a book by its cover. This place make phenomenal food. If you?re stopping by, certainly try the basil fried rice and... choose your spice level wisely! Great for a business lunch too. This place is amazing, I honestly do not use amazing loosely. When I say a diamond in the rough it truly is. I enjoyed... everything even the water ????. I stay an hour away and I?d drive back just to eat here. If you do not like spicy food make surethat you get like a 1 on your spice level. I did a 3 and it was extremely hot ?to ME?? others that were with me said a 3 was atolerable spicy.. but at the same time they were sniffing (lol).
