This is one of the last remaining pizza bargains around. In November 2022, you can get a couple pizzas, bread, and salad for... about $30 using coupons or buying weekly specials. That same order with the delivery chains would be at least $50+tip and thechains have cut way back on the amount of cheese they use. I always order online since the website makes it easy to customizethe toppings. I have seen negative comments about service, but the only time I had a (minor) problem was when I arrived and theywere swamped with walk-in orders and I had to wait for a few minutes. Worst service experience, which is too bad since the pizza is good. We placed an order online. Show up about 10 minutes later.... One family was inside. The two staff say they just started ours, no problem, we will wait. They hand the family theirs and it?sliterally just us waiting for the next 25 minutes. They finished pizzas for other orders while we are there, not working on ourslike they said. Then they both start ours so we think ok, we will be out soon. Nope, the male employee quickly moves to anotherleaving the seemingly newer (slower) employee to work on our 6 pizzas. Then someone comes in to pick up a pizza and they bothstop to help her. Not sure if they saw my dad was older and they decided to discriminate or they just don?t have good serviceskills. Don?t go here unless you have an hour to stand around. Read more

A tip: Butter is supposed to go on the bottom of a pan pizza so the bottom of the pizza can bake properly. Have been wondering... why when I order from this location, the bottom never bakes fully and is very soggy. Looked today and there was no butter whatso ever, just dough. From other locations, I can visually see the butter that they add at the bottom of the pan, even after itis baked. Read more

It is service that makes or breaks a place. I can not say how disappointed I was, to be treated so poorly by an employee of Papa... Murphys. My order was incorrect and David the employee whom was ?in charge? told me it was correct and I was wrong. I order thesame pizza from every Papa Murphys and have never, not ever, had an issue, this is a saved favorited order. How did it change?It didn?t. My pizza was made incorrectly and David argued, refused to refund, and refused to contact a manager. I as a customerwas truly offended. His female colleague found the ticket, confirmed he was incorrect and made me a new pizza as he pouted andstormed off to the back. Disappointing to say the least. I ordered 3 large pepperoni pizzas and cheese bread in store and left in less than five minutes, expeditious service. This... location looks small from the outside and once you get in, its confirmed, it is on the small side of the spectrum. Butnevertheless, they still serve fresh looking pizza that taste great.
