I absolutely LOVE Popeyes, but this location is terrible and should be forced to sell ownership. It?s managed horribly. The food... is cold, dry, they clearly are cutting costs and not rotating product. Customer service is Terrible as well, they get the orderwrong more than right and are consistently out of items and blame it on supply chain. I?ve given multiple chances, they?vefailed each time.. Worst Popeye?s location ever. Staff is rude and out of the times I've been there all of my orders were either wrong or... incomplete. I will never go back!! On the last visit I was told I couldn?t order a chicken sandwich with the sauce on the side. Drove down to KFC and was served a sandwich my way. Read more

Didn't have any spicy chicken available at 12 in the afternoon is ridiculous. And waited till I got to the window to tell me... there out of spicy chicken and rudely tell me I can wait 25min for them to cook some. Read more

The worst Popeyes ever, always have to wait to make an order with nobody or just one person ahead? multiple times they close the... store 20 minutes before closing time. Rude workers. Just overall. I drive a very tall work vehicle and cant use the drive thru so I tried to go into lobby to order food but the doors were locked... and when I finally waved down someone they came to the door to tell me the lobby is closed so go to the drive thru. I explainedto the lady my vehicle wont fit she told me to park my car and go thru the drive thru on foot. So I'm supposed to stand out inthe heat behind other cars waiting to place my order at the outdoor speaker then walk to the window to pay. What is wrong withthis lady? Just open your lobby like a normal business and serve your customers. Clearly she doesn't care about this businessmaking money which pays her salary. The owner needs to check in on their business from time to time to ensure the employees aredoing the right thing in their absents. Read more

I work down the road from this location since it was built. I have given them several visits. Out of maybe 12 try?s, only one or... two have gone like a normal visit should have. The rest have been horrible. Incredibly long waits just go place your order.Random closings. And sometimes, like today, you pull up to the drive through and no one even speaks. They just leave you sittingthere. I only post this in hopes that the owner sees how poorly it?s running. I love Popeyes and it?s only a couple blocks fromwork but I am done trying. Good luck guys. Ordered my food was told 3 minutes for fries so I pulled around to the side to wait. 10 minutes later I had to go back thru the... drive thru because they forgot about the and the lobby was closed (it was 6pm). Food had been sitting the entire time so mysandwich was soggy and fries I waited for were cold. Oh but I got a free apple pie for the wait. Smh Read more

Placed an online order to pick up after soccer practice. Upon my arrival I was told there would be a 15 minute wair for... chicken. Once I did receive my food I checked everything was hot and fresh including the complimentary pie that was put in thebag for waiting. The manager was extremely kind and explained they sold more chicken than anticipated and appreciated myunderstanding. Read more
