This location is just as bad as the one down the street! I stopped by hoping they would be better than before they closed to... remodel, but I was wrong. Service is slow still and they consistently mess up my order. I ordered a SuperSonic cheeseburger withmustard and ketchup, but they gave me the burger with ketchup and mayonnaise. I hate mayonnaise!!! I choked it down since it wasa $5 fast food burger. Check EVERYTHING in your order before leaving since they seem to only get my order correct 10% of thetime!! Read more

Chilli cheese coney and tater tots. Dried up bun, weiner was like rubber. Wasn't even warm. The tator tots were cold. Very... disappointing! Will go to a different Sonic from now on. Read more

Had issues with order app. Made it to the sonic, but still wanted to use app as I had rewards, and 1/2price beverages, savings... help make up on a few gallons of gas these days. Anyways, the gentleman came to my car and confirmed order, and adjusted cost tothe app offer. It'd had been a rough day,all day. But the helpful rep at sonic, finally made something easy on me. This Sonic used to be a class act joint complete with great food and great customer service. Within the last six months this... place has taken a nose dive. The employees run this location and because of that you will see employees eating from the toppingcart with bare hands and running their bare hands through the ice machine to put ice in their mouths. I witnessed a white maleteenager with a black hoodie do this in the drive thru over and over as the manager sat there and watched his employee do this. The manager is a balding guy with red facial hair. Despite his lack of control he seems like he genuinely cares about customerswhen he is running the drive thru but it seems he is always having to run himself ragged because his staff couldn't care lessabout anything other than a pay check. I know this because of the poor attention to detail during the order process and theirpoor attitudes when dealing with the public. The last five times through the drive thru our order has been wrong. I don't liketo stop going places because of one bad experience so I have been biding my time with this staff. We are now done in hopesthat the owner will clean house and get some people in here who care about providing a service to the community. I know thetimes we live in have seriously limited the number of staff some restaurants have but I feel like this place is now on thedownhill slope because they cannot keep their staff accountable.
