I will never go back to this location. The person who took my order got my drink order incorrect after I said it many times.... When he delivered my order he didn?t repeat the order like they do at other locations nor did he give me my receipt. He wasactually kinda rude. Tho place is a joke. But I guess I?m the clown cause I?m keep going back. Will be the last time I visit this location as the... food is always just horrible. I get home and the fries are INEDIBLE! Hard as a rock. The same for my sons fries. Like do theynot realize they food they are feeding the public? They aren?t going to realize how bad it is until they make someone sick orworse. I love sonic, whenever me and my friends hang out we always get it! But this location isn?t the best. I ordered a combo that had... popcorn chicken, tots and a medium Diet Coke. When I received my order I wasn?t greeted with a smile or any words really, whichis alright we all have those days! But when I looked in my bag, I didn?t get my chicken. When this normally happens, you?renormally greeted with an ?I?m so sorry we ran out of this? but I wasn?t told that. So I went inside to check what happened andtried to be polite about it because I didn?t want to seem like a Karen. I was told they were out of the chicken and then I askedif I could be refunded since I didn?t want to pay for the chicken and I was refunded the money. Where my star review comes fromis from the lack of communication between customer and employee. I hope this is the only time this has happened at thislocation, but it seems that laziness and no communication might be a common occurrence here which is very disappointing. I have been to this location several times and every time I order on the app and I still had to wait 20 minutes or more just to... receive a cold burger, old fries with way to much salt and rude car hops. I usually understand if they are busy but today I wasthe only car in the whole parking lot and still received a cold burger and old salty fries. I hate to say it but im done. I don't know why I keep coming back to this location. the server was very uninterested in being there, and was borderline rude... with how I was treated. Also, the blast that I received is clearly not well mixed, and the ratio is awful. Not going to thislocation ever again. Have given them way too many chances. Read more
3 times ive been to this Sonic, 3 times ive been disappointed.. Its the worst location ive experienced, which is a shame because... usually i like sonic. This one is awful quality. They barely even assemble the food. They act like they couldn't be bothered toprovide customer service. This time, my large fries were half full and far from fresh, clearly just what was left in the bottomof the warmer. My drink is 90% ice. My burger is soggy on the bottom (not even on the condiment side, like it's been sitting ona cold surface and condensation formed) and has just has one big core chunk of lettuce. Read more
