Remember this name... Uncle Sam. We eat hibachi often but the show isn't anything new. Same jokes and same train onion stack.... Not with Uncle Sam! The guy was great and endearing. Went on a Friday night and it was busy, but I was seated quickly. Staff was attentive and friendly. Good drink selection. Sushi... was good, fresh and reasonably priced. The only thing I can really ding them on is the presentation. Sushi look pedestrian, notwhat I would expect at trendy sushi restaurant. I've seen better looking sushi at my grocery store, but don't get me wrong, itwas good. I would definitely come back. Read more

Super cool vibes at this place, from the outdoor area with water features going on, to the indoor big space. Staff was very... friendly and food delicious and freshly made. We ordered to takeaway but went in person as we were in the area and I was veryimpressed with the place. Read more

Loved the Food ! And the Company that got to share with made it the best. Think it helps to have an idea what you like at a... Japanese Restaurant, only wish they did allow reservations since we had a lot of people , This was just last Friday 4/1/22 . Ohthe drinks are very good, I got the Dragon Lady so yummy. The business itself was very nice. The food tasted good. The chicken was tough and slightly over chicken cooked for my... preference. I wasn't impressed with the food as much as I expected it to be. The rice was slightly dry and hard in some spotsas if it was not fresh or was setting out under a heater. The veggies were okay. I think if we were at the hibachi grill versusa table we would have had a much better experience and better, fresher tasting food. But we didn't want the hibachi grill wewanted to sit at a table and check out the menu as it was our first time there. The waiter was nice, a younger guy, but he paidmore attention to his customers that sat in the booths along the wall and not to the tables on the floor he was serving. We gotthere at 630 and did not leave till 810pm. It took forever for him to come take our order and we finally had to flag him downjust to get our ticket. Not a great impression for our first time there. In addition to this before we left we had to tell ourwaiter there was a huge dead roach on the floor next to our table. Read more

Sushi is always amazing and fresh, hibachi great as well. One of the best cocktail bars around.
