Like other reviewers i have pulled up before and the location was closed when it was supposed to be open and prior employees... were accommodating but not overly nice or helpful. But i visited last night and the service was phenomenal. Idk if they?re undernew management or something but my order was correct, hot and fresh. The woman working the window was friendly and quick andvery smiley (which i like to see when I?m a patron). I ordered chili and it was thick, not runny like a chili soup and it wasdelicious! Hopefully the ladies working last night will be the new standard because they were great. Read more

I was authentically hungry and had a #1 Double Cheese burger meal. After a 10. hour shift, t was good and I slept nicely????

Fast friendly staff and I had my food out in less than 30 seconds hot and fresh. I definitely recommend this one for a quick... fast food stop. Read more

According to Google, closes at 11p so drove up and was told that they were already closed at 9p!!!!

For number one you are not able to go in because the lack of employees maybe because of lack of wages that you all pay your... employees. I went through the drive-through I have a family of 7 I ordered 7 biggie bags they told me I had to order it 24 hoursin advance no one pre orders Wendy's burgers. There was only my car and one other car in the drive-through and I tried to theyhad no other customers they could have fixed those 7 burgers if that's the way you think you're gonna gain customers then you'rewrong then you're wrong. I am very much disappointed this was your chance to win over a new customer 7 cause my family is of 7.Every Wendy's that I have been to within a past month I have not ordered anything from because the drive-through is only openand they turn you around when you're trying to make a big family order so is this not a family owned operated business. Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes to finally be greeted at the second window, shen there was only 2 other cars in line.... One of my coworkers called me and said they didn't want the food I ordered, so I told the manager at the window when I wasfinally greeted that I needed to cancel that burger and he blatantly rolled his eyes in disgust. Was never given my receipt andmy food was practically thrown at me. Normally like to come to this location cause it's so close to my job, but this was verydisappointing. Read more

I just met one of the rudest staff members I've experienced, and it was the MANAGER. Jason Freeman - He didn't care if my order... was right; I asked how he was doing, and he said he didn't want to be there; He skipped ringing up 2 items that I orderedwithout telling me because "there is no way to charge for that" - I've been ordering this item for decades in several stateswith a charge with no problem; I asked for his name, and he said he didn't have to give it to me; I attempted to take hispicture, and he ran from me, then he ghosted the restaurant. I had to go in to ask one of the young staff members for help, andshe was very kind - I can't imagine what Jason Freeman will do to that poor girl now that I've left the restaurant. I attemptedto call another manager, Paul Diaz, but he sent me straight to voicemail. I'm super-sad b/c I love Wendy's, but I may have togo to the Whataburger and Chick-Fil-A that are right next to it instead because their staff is always kind. Read more

We have been here many times. However today the restaurant was sooooo dirty. The food was fair. Fries tasted old. Not 1 table... area was clean. Soda machine was not working. Food splatters were on walls and windows. Trays piled up on trashcan that wasfull and over flowing. We arrive around 215ish on 9-18-2021. We were the only inside customer upon walk in, but another familyof 3 arrived shortly after. There was food on the floor and the bathroom was not very clean either. The most disgusting was thefact food smears from when kids throw food on walls and watch it slide down the walls was easily visible. The place must nothave been cleaned from minimum the day before. There is no way they were that busy prior to our arrival. Managers should bewalked around the facility to see the grease and grime on walls, windows, and tables. In a time after, during Covid19 and fluseason coming, sanitation standards must be kept priority! There is not a single acceptable excuse why filthy is okay!!! Read more
