City Diner is fast becoming my fave lil' breakfast spot. Very neighborhood feeling here, sometimes I see the same regulars too.... My grandma is no longer on this great planet, but somehow I feel her cooking when I eat here. Expect to wait on the weekends ifyou shall grace us with your presence after 10am. The staff is always super awesome and they all seem to get along well, whichis unusual, but l'll take it! I don't think my coffee cup has ever reached just below halfway (as if there's someone in the backwith an alarm that goes off to get to your at that near decrement level). I have been here easily now about 10 times since myfirst visit late summer this year. It's almost always hustlin' and bustlin' here. More often times than not, I find myself goingone of two ways. Either corned beef hash and eggs with toast, or I get the potato pancake breakfast "sandwich" which is twohomemade (enter someones Grandma here!!) potato pancakes stuffed with two eggs, choice of meat, and cheese. If this is yourbreakfast, plan on skipping lunch. While this is not a fancy place, it's a damn good neighborhood joint where you feel at home,you can comfortably wear your sweats, and not spend too much moolah. Read more
Tom and his staff are just the best! The food and service are always top notch, and the prices are so very reasonable!! If... you're in the area you have to stop in and have a wonderful meal and still leave with some money in your pocket which is rarethese days! Service was late and food was cold and no Flavor. The gyro meat was like worn out shoe leather. I heard that Greek people own... this restaurant... so if they do and they are serving gyro like that shame on you. The breakfast sausage was tough... it tastedlike it was cooked and cooked and cooked.... tough. The restaurant itself needs a really good cleaning. City diner gets abismal 4.8 on my scale that's because I am being nice. Read more
Some days im too lazy to cook so I'll order a doordash pick up, drive 10 minutes and then pick up my food right away. Ive been... eating here long enough that I've had every breakfast item on the menu and I've haven't had any complaints. Support localbusinesses otherwise you'll never find good cheap places like this. Read more

Family owned and operated, way out in the sticks, but homey and popular with plenty of comfort food on the menu. Service is... quick and attentive, portions are big and the prices are reasonable. If you get there early, you'll have the place to yourself. Read more
My friend and I eat there all the time but for some reason the food this time was absolutely horrible! I don't know if they got... a new book or what but it was the worst French toast I've ever had, the potatoes needed seasoning and my potato pancakes neededseasoning. My girlfriend had chicken cacciatore soup and she said it was awful and also needed seasoning. I'm so surprisedbecause we've always loved it there but something went terribly wrong this time Read more
