Placed an online order an hour prior to expecting delivery. Within minutes, I realized I didn't apply my coupon. I attempted to... cancel the order so I could reorder with the coupon. I tried numerous times to reach this location by phone to actually talk tosomeone about either making an adjustment with the coupon or canceling the original order and placing a new order with thecoupon; however, the only line that worked was to reach their answering service that could take orders. The person answeringthat line said I would have to talk to a person in the store to take care of this, but I found that impossible. I contactedDominos customer support, but the person who reached out to me from the North Ridgeville location kept giving me the run aroundand claimed they would make things right but never followed through. Called and ordered food. My order was wrong manager was rude to my husband never apologized made us bring back food that was... wrong as if we were lying about our order. I understand that everyone is short handed however you can still give good customerservice. A little apology goes along way. Read more

If I could give the service here a zero I would. We did not get our entire order delivered. The delivery driver was very... apologetic and said he would get it and bring it back. I called to follow up on where it was and the very rude girl I spoke withwho said she was the manager argued with me that she packed the bag herself. I tried to explain to her that the driver lookedand said he didn?t have it and she told me they would remake it but it would be awhile. That?s when I said then you need torefund me for the inconvenience as dinner is now well over. She refused and said there was no way she was giving me my moneyback and the food. She claims I was yelling at her but i couldn?t get a word in edgewise. Completely unprofessional and itshouldn?t have been a question that I should have received a refund for the item that was not delivered with our order. Shehung up on me twice. This Domino's is simply a solid location. I order from here about once every couple weeks, as the website has a handy 5 topping... large for $9.99 coupon for carryout. Is Domino's the best pizza out there? No. But, it's tasty, reheats well, andinexpensive. The crew are always super friendly and SUPER fast. I can be in Avon, order online, and the pizza is ready by thetime I get there. Kudos to the staff and management. Quality is always consistent. Read more
