Great customer service. Always super helpful, and the only McDonald's I've been out that brings your tray to your table. Food... was pretty sloppy with sauces and stuff all over the wrappers. Fries weren't great temperature wisez but got a replacement. Read more
What a Clu&$@r $&@k! First got charged the wrong amount. Had that fixed at the pay window, pulled up for food. Said it would be... a couple minutes due to the payment mess. Asked me to pull around front to the p/u Window and Never brought out the food! Wentback through drive through, explained, told me to pull up to Window food. Told them I did not want the bag of food that wassitting there now for 20 minutes. Guy tells me to hold on he?ll get my fresh food. So tired everytime I go thru drive-thru having to get told to pull around to other side of the building and then wait again for... my food, happens nearly everytime I go to this location. They get you off the clock this way so it looks like the line isflowing fast when in fact there is a huge line of cars waiting on the side and in front of the building after building told topull forward and wait. We need to take time to say nice things also. Do they make mistakes , Yes. Don?t we all. I have had good days and bad days... here. Instead of compiling on a review let their manager know, they do care to make it right. Btw how are they responsible forhow you drive your food home. What is the point of two order stations if we have to pull around and wait anyways. For a simple big Mac that the toppings were... on the side, and a drink. Don't get me started on the poor kid who had to balance three different orders in a container to bringout to the "drive thru pick up"...side of the building. Read more
This is probably one of the best McDonald?s I go to, in fact I go at LEAST once a week. Not only is the wait time much better... then many other places I?ve been too but the staff is always so kind and my food is always high quality. On top of all this Isee this location actually hires people with disabilities and I think that is wonderful- they also happen to be some of thekindest most hard working people I?ve seen in fast food and I used to work fast food myself! If i could give this place no stars i would. Full fledged disaster. Order thru the drive thru, pull up to get my food and im... sent around the building to wait longer. They have kids running food like it is a food auction. No one knows whose food is forwhat car. Pretty sure thwy gave my bag of food to another car where said person ate fries and then handed the bag back to themember of the crew to then hand to me. 30 plus mins in line and shorted food.
